Holiday rentals with beach access in Irvine

A stunning apartment in the heart of San Clemente. Manu and his team is fantastic - they helped us out tremendously in accommodating our last minute booking! The space is also perfect - a well equipped kitchen for long term stays or home cooking and beautiful decor and furniture. We are so happy with our stay / we already rebooked!

Greta was so easy to work with. The apartment was exactly as described and I really enjoyed my stay. Happy to stay there again in the future. Easy walk to restaurants and beach.

The space was perfect for the two of us and our pooch. Unbelievable location. We parked the car out front, and walked almost everywhere. Perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean, as was the bathroom, with a wonderful shower head that was perfection. We look forward to staying again. WE LOVE THE AREA and the rental!

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this charming little spot near Newport Beach. The apartment was just the right size for one or two people and felt perfectly cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were impeccably clean, and I truly appreciated the privacy of the space, which allowed me to comfortably work full days from my laptop without interruption. Having access to on-site laundry was a huge convenience, and the other guests around were all very friendly, making the overall atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was the BBQ right outside the room—I fired it up and grilled an amazing steak one evening! Every night of my stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you again, Leo, for providing such a fantastic home away from home.

Kim's place is just lovely, warm, clean and right on the sand. She was very responsive and friendly, would definitely stay again! Such a peaceful getaway with everything I needed and more.

Blake & Brenda’s place was perfect for my requirements. It looks as beautiful as in the pictures. All the amenities you’d expect were there and were of high quality. The unit was clean and conveniently located. I’d highly recommend it.

The Tiny Tiki was so cozy and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. A 10/10. The shower is small, but has great water pressure and great products. It also has a nice size kitchen and refrigerator. The place was so clean. It really made our stay very comfortable. Parking was no problem. The unit was easy to access. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to all the great restaurants on 2nd St. I would highly recommend this place. There is a lot of attention to the details here that make your stay like being at home!

The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay with our family at Amanda and Kevin’s house! It was well supplied with everything we needed and then some! So many thoughtful touches. The house is in a great location and walking distance from great restaurants and shops and the beach. We would highly recommend and gladly return. Thank you Kevin and Amanda for a great mini-vacation in Long Beach.

We loved everything about this place! Perfect description for our family of 5, with 3 grown adult sons needing their space. Super close to where we wanted to be and able to walk to the beautiful beach in Sunset Beach. Helpful neighbor Justin was a great addition! Easy checkin and checkout- thank you for sharing your space with us!!

Only stayed 1 night but will book for longer next time we are in town. Location is great! We like to walk to the beach and it is so close. The view from the rooftop and even the kitchen was great also! Our host was very responsive and friendly. Helped us find a quick bite as soon as we got there. The home temperature was comfortable and very well equipped for any outside temperature to make sure that each room / floor was at the temperature that you want it to be at.

The location couldn’t be any better. It is a few houses from the beach and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It is a quiet unit with everything you would need. Pam was so easy to work with. I would definitely book here again next time I’m in Newport Beach visiting my son.

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! We appreciate your hospitality.

We stayed on the first floor of the house during February, it was perfect for our trip. Plenty of space inside, anything we needed for our stay, cooking and the beach was provided. Ann was very responsive and kind with any questions we had. The walk way out front is busy with foot traffic but was never noticeable noise wise when we were inside. The kids happily played in the sand. We drove to Disneyland for a day and the ride was quick and easy. Wonderful stay for us, we would definitely book again if we are in the area.

Such a beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great girls weekend away. We were sad we had to leave. Everything was perfect including the friendly and helpful neighbor.

This is a great home and we highly recommend renting it. Beautiful part of Belmont Shore. Far enough off of 2nd Street that you don’t hear the noise, but still only a two block walk. Only half a block to the ocean, where there is a walking and biking path, in addition to the beach. Easy drive to Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, and downtown LB. The home is lovely, 2 bedrooms, and nice bathroom, and a kitchen set up for home cooked meals, in addition to a dining room table and living area with a Roku TV. Keurig coffee maker, though we walked up to the many coffee shops on 2nd Street most mornings. Note that second street has great shops and restaurants. Be sure to keep your rental confirmation notice, as it contains the check-in lock code. (I forgot I had it, but Jesica replied to my call within 5 minutes.) We would definitely rent here again.

This unit is perfectly located in the Belmont area of Long Beach. Restaurants and bars, beach, Vons grocery, everything was within walking distance and kept things very convenient

This Beach House was a great location, central to a lot of shops, restaurants and activities, and very homy to come back to every day after adventures in Long Beach and Catalina Island. Modern appliances and comfortable interior made it a great place to stay. Just blocks from the beach I was able to walk to breakfast every morning and bring my skates down to the beach walk for evening sunsets. Great place and highly recommended staying here!

San Clemente Cove was an outstanding experience. Cost effective for the area. Excellent location. Front desk staff were polite and informative. The space was clean, as advertised, and included everything we needed. Communication prior to our stay and throughout are stay was made for a wonderful and stress free experience. This will be our go to stay when in San Clemente.

super clean, easy to find, and exactly what we had in mind! the play room got big accolades from our 1 year old and mom and dad loved the king-sized bed. Clean, well-appointed, and very walkable. Would definitely recommend for anyone with little people!

Milli's place is unique and refreshing. From the ocean view to the thoughtful amenities, the space is a secluded retreat nestled within a bustling beach community. You can view and hear the ocean from each of the bedrooms. And the layout is such that you can have privacy in the master suite, even if you bring friends or the kids. Ten minute walk to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants or you can walk just two minutes to the pier where there are more shops, a beachfront restaurant/bar, ice cream and pizza. Fantastic location, overall. Will definitely book again.

My friends and I had the absolute best time staying here. It was clean, safe, the street was gorgeous and walkable to the beach, farmers market on Saturday and other restaurants. I would definitely come back here! My 2 small qualms, the unit was a bit hard to find at first but we got there eventually! The responses from the host felt very automated and chat gpt-ified. Regardless, we had a great stay and it was lovely!
