We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

My family had a great, week-long stay at Princess's house in Upland. The home is spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt totally safe. This house is a great option for visiting the 5cs which are just a short drive away. If you need anything, Princess is very friendly and responsive. We had no issues at all and were very happy. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!

I've stayed here on two separate occasions and would return again! It's a tasteful, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. It was a great space for hosting a large group of friends. On the downside, if you are expecting the pristine clean of a nice hotel, you might be disappointed. Also, we had some issues with the lockbox but hopefully it will be fixed/replaced soon. Eloísa was friendly and helpful when we had questions before and during our stay. So, all-in-all, I would still strongly recommend this listing!

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. We had a fantastic visit to the villa! Everything was perfect, from Kim’s communication to the comfortable bed and space to relax. We loved the location, steps away from the beach and within comfortable walking distance to restaurants. Just about a half hour drive to Disneyland, we were able to easily plan a trip there with ease during our stay. I felt like I was right at home in the villa, the moment we opened the door you are met with the scent of fresh laundry as all the towels and bedding, and throw blankets were freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless as was the bathroom and shower. And the water pressure and temperature in the shower was fantastic! Felt great after the long days at Disney. Kim was an excellent communicator, responding quickly when we chatted. She even gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on things to do. I can’t wait to return! This property is a gem - do not hesitate to book!

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at Giselle & Ali’s place and will definitely be back again. The place looked exactly like the photos and they had all the listed amenities. The rooftop view was very nice. They also had a store downstairs that was open 24 hours that sold snacks/drinks which was pretty cool. Parking wasn’t that bad either. The only thing was that it was a little bit of a walk to get from the garage to the airbnb. Overall, I really liked the place and how comfortable it was, will definitely book again!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

The stay was incredible. the condo was everything we could have hoped for. The 30 second walk to the beach and ocean breeze at night were beautiful. The home was spacious and inviting, would highly recommend.

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!
