Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like we were staying with friends and will happily be back.

We had a very good time in the house (with pool and hottub). It is a 30 minutes drive by car from the city center, but because of that it is very quiet. Really enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and clean house! Thanks!!

Beautiful house with a wonderful pool and stunning surroundings. We very much enjoyed the stay and can only recommend. Great hospitality as well.

We stayed for a couple of nights in November 2024, we loved the location (great for Rome and surrounding areas), the accommodation was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Antonio was lovely at check in, and gave us good restaurant recommendations including the ice rink and its restaurant (along with its own brewed beer) which is just a ten minute walk away. We are now booked to return next summer for three weeks along with our two Lagotto dogs who will love their own enclosed garden to run around in.

Simonetta was very kind, the house is equipped with every comfort, when we arrived we also found water and some snacks. Truly a good experience, if I had to go back from Rome I would definitely turn to you

Nice and convenient place to stay! We stayed here the night before our flight and it was a great location, only a 10 minute drive away from the airport. Claudio was helpful and even offers transportation to and from the airport.

Perfect location to visit Rome, quiet area near Caffarella Park with all connections within walking distance.

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

the Dream turned out to be a comfortable place, with a lot of space, cozy and clean, well heated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Mrs. Susanna was very kind to us and our dogs. We highly recommend it

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

We had an exceptional stay in this property. Our host was particularly attentive and available. We arrived early, but that was no problem, and we were warmly welcomed with a delicious breakfast. Very responsive and attentive, the host was able to make our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation is impeccable, clean and well arranged. Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

Was a second stay and was just as good as the first. Our host was very helpful and gracious with us on early check in and late check out.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

A perfect home that's easy to get to.

We arrived from the US in the morning and were looking for a place close to the airport to crash and rest! This place was just what we needed! Andreas graciously gave us an early check in so we could come straight from the airport! After resting in the comfortable surroundings we enjoyed the beach and the local area! Andrea gave a great recommendation for a wonderful seafood dinner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful beach home close to airport and Rome!
