Nice cabin close to SIU & wineries /hiking

Amazing cabin sitting in the middle of woods with a large entertaining deck that makes you feel like are " away from it all" even though you are 3 mins away from SIU! Features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an open floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends! Enjoy the large deck to grill or to just enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. Large master suite with jacuzzi tub to unwind. Make use of the concrete party pad with firepit, bar and bags Location is perfect!

Enjoy our cozy 2 bedroom home, the sofa bed lets larger families enjoy their stay too. For 6 adults it may be a bit tight but we have had 7 guests in the past. A well equipped kitchen has the laundry. Fully stocked fridge for breakfast. There’s a covered patio and carport. House is in a quiet residential area only a short drive to restaurants, antique & specialty shops. Beautiful hiking trails, lakes, orchards, SIU Campus, ShawneeWine Trail, Microbreweries & many other sights await your visit.

Welcome to Portas Caeli: a cozy, one bedroom, one bath apartment made to make you feel at home. Sitting just outside of Carbondale City limits, our guests enjoy the relaxing country setting only 5.3 miles from SIU, near downtown Carbondale, and close to the So. IL Wine Trail. Giant City Park is less than 5 miles down the road with its many beautiful hiking trails. Walk through our 20 acres, relax and watch deer graze on the fields. Sit under the gazebo and read a book. Hosts live next door.

Deer Run Retreat is a comfortable two bed (King/Queen), one bath walk-up with with a two car garage just 7 minutes south of SIU Arena in the heart of the southern Illinois wine trail. We are 7 minutes to Giant City, 17 minutes to Alto or Von Jakob wineries, 10 minutes to Flamm orchard peach cobbler. This rural neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Carbondale Pool House - Sauna, Hot Tub, Dogs OK

Rated in “Top 1%” by Airbnb, the Pool House is a separate cottage surrounded by gardens and swimming pool, with retro "Danish Modern" furniture, a gourmet kitchen and plush beds. We have recently added a Finnish Sauna and Japanese Ofuro Soaking Tub. We accept well behaved dogs for a fee of $35 a night. We allow only guests and friends of the Pool House on the grounds, gardens or pool. Hosts are Jane, anthropologist and D. a retired photojournalist for the New York Times.
