This is one of the most immaculate Airbnb rentals I have ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. Host was responsive and informative during entire process. The property and views are stunning. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

I highly suggest this cute condo! My family and I came into the area with another Airbnb booked, when it was cancelled at the last minute we scrambled and found Kathleen who was amazingly responsive and got us locked into this condo right away! She literally saved the day! When we got to the condo it easily accommodated my family of 5 and was perfect for the 3 days we spent doing touristy things. The most exciting part of this trip was the walking distance to the beach. Since it is winter we didn't need all the extra gear and just took ourselves and towels that were provided for our days on the beach! It was also a life saver that there was coffee provided. I will say though if you get the opportunity to get 7brew that is right down the street, do it. Sliders chicken sandwich was perfect and then we had salt life the final night which was a perfect way to end the trip. The only con which isn't really because it forced us to be a family, the internet did not work and we had no service.

Great location and unbelievable view. Condo was clean, modern and well-furnished. Location was quiet and parking was convenient. Several shopping/restaurant options within a couple of miles. Check-in was easy and instructions were clear.

Exactly what we expected from the listing! Very clean, spacious, and convenient. Easy access to the beach with a newly renovated private walkway. The space had beach towels, beach chairs, toys for the beach, cleaning supplies, and clear instructions on what was expected. The slight downside is that they kept messaging to check in and make sure we were doing ok and reminding us that we check out on Sunday, etc. Was always pleasant, but felt like it was a tad excessive. You text the number with questions and they get back quickly! Very nice home for our first stay in Fernandina Beach!

Cheryl was a very kind, responsive host. She was flexible with our check in and check out. Her home is beautiful and well appointed…lots of towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. If you are visiting for a wedding at The Amelia Island Club, this condo is the perfect spot, as it’s a less than a 2 min drive. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Captain C1 condo. the view of the ocean was beautiful even though this was on the first floor. We enjoyed all the wild life that surrounded this place. We would definitely recommend this place.

This was the perfect spot with easy beach access. The strip of beach on this side was so quiet too. The condo was spotless and well appointed. Beds super cozy. We were in town for a wedding, which was a whirlwind, but will definitely be back and would love to rent with you again and hopefully have a bit more time to relax. Deb also went above and beyond with communication. Thank you so much!

The check-in and locating the place were great. It is steps away from the beach. the place from the outside looked dated but once you stepped inside, they took a lot of care to update everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Having a washer, dryer in unit was a great and they provided detergent. We had a bottom unit and it could be a bit noisy with the upstairs tenants walking around, but nothing that was of concern. Parking was great. We only had a problem on the weekend when there was a lot of beach goers and all the provided unit parking was full. However, we were able to find a spot just up the block. AC worked great and they were very responsive with some minimal questions that we had!

Could not have been better. Will be telling all our friends to stay here. We will definitely be back soon.

Very well maintained in a great location. We checked out a few restaurants suggested and really enjoyed Timoti's Seafood Shack! Would come back again.

Lisa was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know. Her condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was also great! Would definitely stay again!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Perfectly decorated . Clutter free. Bed and furnishings were comfortable. Air was ice cold. We seen a deer and 2 fawns while sitting on the balcony at dusk.

Nicki is a great host. Her place was spotless and absolute beautiful. The pool and grounds are pristine. It is a relaxing place to be and in 30 minutes you can be in downtown St Augustine then drive over the bridge to the beaches. We look forward to staying here again!

Recently renovated, beautiful space. Host was extremely responsive. A short walk to the beach was perfect. The bed is a Tempur-pedic queen. We would stay there again!

We felt right at home with a clean comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and even a beach bag with towels provided. The location was very quiet and felt safe. We loved having access to the pools too! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

This was one of the best units we have ever rented in Air BNB. The space, the view, the feel of home, the location and the pool complex were superb. The gated community and buildings offered top notch security!! We could have stayed for months and were so sad to leave. The reclining seats in the leather sofa were such a luxury! Beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay! The dining table seats at least 8 for dinners for family and friends!! The washer and dryer in the unit were the best and a huge plus!! There aren’t enough positives about our stay!!Thank You, Edie for sharing your home!! It was lovely!! We’ll definitely be back when it is available!!!
