Terry was an amazing hostess. The house was clean and well stocked with things most AirBnBs don’t have. Her kitchen knives were actually sharp! There were plenty of towels for the bathroom. Everything was clean as well. The neighborhood was quiet. The street the house is on is not busy at all. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, and a park. Beautiful backyard and front porch. Great places to sip your morning coffee. Our stay here was lovely, and Terry was great!

Beautiful conveniently located home. We rented the home for my mom to enjoy time with her siblings and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Wonderful neighborhood and neighbors and great amenities in the home. Lots of space to get privacy away from large groups and plenty of space to gather with family and just have a great time. Definitely recommend!

Nicely decorated, very clean, felt at home, the house had everything we needed. We didnt have time to use the pool but it did have alot of leaves & debris in it, not an issue for us though.

This is definitely a great place to stay. Plenty of things to do between the pool, the pool table, the ping pong table and tvs in almost every room. Wish it was a little cleaner, lots of dust and a few stains on the walls. But other than that David was a great host, very responsive and easy going. Overall great stay.

First, Kevin was a fantastic host. Professional, accommodating but also very friendly and helpful. In fact, he went above and beyond to ensure my travels went smoothly and we were comfortable. The condo was immaculate, very close to all the destinations we were traveling to and also comfortable. Spacious and exsctly what we needed. A massive thank you to Kevin.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It was private and quiet, offering the perfect amount of space for our family of four and our dog. The location is close to the beach, which we loved, although it can be a bit of a walk for younger kiddos. The provided beach wagon with an umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys was a fantastic touch and made our beach trips much easier. The unit looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless upon our arrival. The only downside is that it’s farther south on the island, so it’s about a 20-minute drive to the downtown area. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Being situated within a resort made all the difference, as we had access to tons of amenities and experiences without ever needing to leave the property. The beach access felt private, which meant it wasn’t overcrowded—definitely a huge plus. We also loved being able to rent bikes and a Burley for our one-year-old, making it easy to explore. In fact, we spent so much time enjoying everything the resort had to offer that we didn’t explore the island as much as we thought we would! That said, the island itself has a fantastic downtown area on the north side, which we highly recommend checking out. It was great to experience that and then return to the peaceful resort without having to drive everywhere. The condo itself was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space to relax. The back patio overlooking the golf course was a perfect spot to unwind. My wife, daughter, and I spent a week in Laily's condo. We had a wonderful vacation; the only complaint I heard from my family was that we couldn't stay longer. The condo is comfortable and has all the amenities that we needed. Laily was easy to communicate with and always available/ accessible when we needed anything. We love Amelia Island and enjoyed being able to see the ocean from every room. We highly recommend this unit and would gladly return if given the opportunity. Thanks for sharing this unit with us.
