Les Frenes - Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bikes, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, dartboard, board games, children's toys, books, comics… The island is also home to a garden forest which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

In a 13th-17th century building, charming cottage for 6 pers. labeled 3 stars in furnished tourism and 2 ears in "gîtes de France" (all comfort) with cut stones, exposed beams and fireplace in a quiet place with a view of the Gironde estuary and in the middle of the vineyards. Large plot with private terrace and garden available, chai visit with tasting of Pineau des Charente at the family estate. Tidy welcome. Check in is between 1600 and 2000 (no self check-in).
