Loved this place and continue to love Playa Del Carmen. The sheets needed to be replaced but they took care of that same day and had extra sheets. The location is only 15 min east drive from 5th Ave and 20 min from downtown. We had to leave early unfortunately not bc of the airbnb but personal issues back home that had us fly out a handful of days before we scheduled. They were super kind and responsive and we loved the modern architecture of the whole neighborhood

El faro is a good place to stay. Easy to get to downtown. The flat was comfortable, well equipped.

Casa Mulder was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, well-located, and charming. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed it. We really appreciated that the the manager went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional - arranging car rentals, tours, and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The ADS team was really wonderful - Jin Ceballos in particular provided wonderful guidance and support. Highly recommend!

We take a family trip of 11 people, including children. There are many good things to say about this place. First of all the house is located in a private and very safe complex, the pool is very close to the house. Secondly the house is a 10/10, as in the photos, very spacious kitchen, everything very functional, you will not get hot because there are many ceiling fans and air conditioners, the living room armchair is very comfortable, just like all the beds. Thirdly, the house is in a very good location and close to main roads, you can reach by vehicle very quickly to the beach, 5th avenue or the pier if you go to Cozumel. Fourth, Maria was very kind and was always available to us, she even recommended us to someone you trust to rent vehicles. My family and I loved the accommodation and always felt right at home! Thanks to Maria and her team for their kindness and excellent service.

Meron is excellent, excellent pool, quiet, the house is very well equipped for cooking too. Omar the host is always responsive

Casa Perros Afortunados was amazing! Katherine and her team have really thought of everything. The location is amazing, Puerto Morelos is a beautiful town, and the home had truly everything you could ever need for a beach vacation. I can’t wait to return, we had a perfect time!! Special shout-out to her house manager Roberto for helping us with everything and Enrique for making us a truly incredible dinner one night.

Our first try for an Airbnb in Mexico we wanted to try something new instead of taking the regular all inclusive hotel! This was an excellent location for us. We were so closed to everything and we enjoyed walking around and discovered playa del Carmen even more than if we were in an all inclusive hotel. Felt definitely safe. it is exactly as per the pictures! The laundry was perfect! High pros as we could leave with cleaned clothes ! The AC was great and sometimes we didn’t even used it because temperature was just fine ! The fan was enough! For us the construction didn’t not bother us at all. It was so minor and we didn’t hear a thing while staying ! For those who worried about it , It was fine.There is a lot of beach access near the Airbnb ! there is a grocery store not even 30 sec away ! Loved it ! Big thanks to Julio/Cynthia /Elina : super kind and thoughtful!The check in and out was so smooth! Would recommend! 100% I would definitely come back

The apartment was just as listed. it was clean and comfortable. The host had clear instructions and checked in to see if anything was needed. I also tried their recommended restaurants and they didn't disappoint.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Very nice accommodation, super clean. Well located to do everything on foot. ( grocer, 5th avenue, restaurant ) unfortunately the room that overlooks the very noisy main street. Basic amenity, enough to do well for the kitchen.

This was a perfect place for us, in a nice area, parking outside lots of great restaurants a few mins walk away and 2 mins from the beach. What more can you ask for. Oh yes, a lovely roof top terrace. Great find, great time, thanks guys

A hidden paradise. Stayed at this apartment for 5 days and completely loved it. Very clean, spacious and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Felt very safe since the entire community is gated and there is 24 hour security. Getting around is easy by taxi which can be called and they pick you up at the apartment. Host is very responsive and checked on us during our stay in case we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic gem in Playa Del Carmen!! My wife and I absolutely loved the Condo, the building staff and the gorgeous rooftop pool. We have stayed in many Airbnb and Miguel's listing was one of the best we have ever stayed. The condo is located in an excellent location just off 5th avenue, close to many restaurants and cafes and just a six minute walk to the beach. Excellent hosts, very responsive, helpful and made our 2 week stay so enjoyable. The unit was stocked with plenty of items to get us started and providing water and pop in the fridge was a nice surprise!! The condo also had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach, we used the beach chairs almost every day. There is a small patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea. I definitely recommend without any hesitation. Quiet and safe location.

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Unbeatable, the perfect place, quiet, safe, the beautiful apartment, with all the amenities, the excellent parking, the host always cared for us, upon our arrival we found a welcome card, chocolates and a complimentary bottle of wine. We congratulate the host Bruno on his excellence. I recommend it 100%.

marian's apartment is excellent. Very well located, steps from Coco Bongo and the 5th. On the way around you have a full OXXO. The Dpto has a lot of elements that will make your stay very comfortable, as if you were at home. The full suuuuper kitchen. the washer and dryer were of great help. It has handbags for the supermarket and other thermal for going to the beach. Eloiza was very responsive and instantly responded to our inquiries. I highly recommend this apartment. It was definitely an excellent choice

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

We had an amazing 10 days at Nick’s place! Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay! Eduardo was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and super responsive to our questions, thanks again, Eduardo! We will definitely be back soon!

The place is just blocks away from all the action. The apartment has everything you need for a lovely stay in Playa. We had a really good time, overall. The host is very responsive to any issues and also to provide useful information.

The condo at Dos Delfines was wonderful - great location a 2 min walk from the beach but also walkable to the port with restaurants, grocery, etc. The unit was as described and perfect for our needs - kitchen had all the utensils, drinking water provided, etc. What really set the rental apart; however, was the team managing the property. We left an item of value in our unit and realized it when we got to the airport. I messaged the property manger Amanda. She found a driver that was able to bring it to us at the airport and still make our flight - the true definition of going above and beyond . We (a family of 3) have already discussed when we can head back to Puerto Morelos and stay in the same rental again!
