Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

Excellent location, very quiet area and accessible to everything. Super comfortable apartment with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back. The hosts communicated at all times very cordially before, during and after our stay.

Excellent apartment, the basics to put together a meal or warm up. The apartment is very nice and as seen in the photos. In the cuadra hay minimercado, fruteria, restaurant and stalls in the plaza. The dpto is a few minutes from the ADO terminal.

The condo is an excellent value in a great location! We were a group of 3 women and we balanced the number of meals we ate out with some breakfast and dinners in, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and cutlery for cooking. We really appreciated the 2nd bath for privacy and getting ready to go out. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional apartment, impeccably located close to everything in the city of Playa del Carmen. Very bright and modern, with a strict decoration. Both Arbn and the building staff communication was very good. The complex's pool is also bright and well oriented. It's probably a place you'd go back to.

A hidden paradise. Stayed at this apartment for 5 days and completely loved it. Very clean, spacious and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Felt very safe since the entire community is gated and there is 24 hour security. Getting around is easy by taxi which can be called and they pick you up at the apartment. Host is very responsive and checked on us during our stay in case we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic gem in Playa Del Carmen!! My wife and I absolutely loved the Condo, the building staff and the gorgeous rooftop pool. We have stayed in many Airbnb and Miguel's listing was one of the best we have ever stayed. The condo is located in an excellent location just off 5th avenue, close to many restaurants and cafes and just a six minute walk to the beach. Excellent hosts, very responsive, helpful and made our 2 week stay so enjoyable. The unit was stocked with plenty of items to get us started and providing water and pop in the fridge was a nice surprise!! The condo also had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach, we used the beach chairs almost every day. There is a small patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea. I definitely recommend without any hesitation. Quiet and safe location.

My whole family was delighted with the accommodation ! the house is bigger than we think, all the beds are double, which makes it very comfortable to accommodate if it is 10 guests. The house has absolutely everything you need, we were able to cook and heat food, wash clothes, tender, etc. We are amazed by the fast and timely communication of Chistopher, the co-owner. We rented a van so the place was easily accessible and with parking included. We will definitely be back ! The only thing that could improve is the Internet, but it is a simple detail, if you are on vacation and the idea is to enjoy the place, with the speed they have is enough. But, if you have to work and connect, it's definitely not convenient. Thank you so much !!! We'll be back.

This spacious home worked perfectly for us to visit our friends in the same housing complex. Very clean and well-maintained. There were some issues with the door lock and the laundry but these were attended to straightaway.

Without exaggeration, the best Airbnb I have ever rented. A beautiful house that I honestly without hesitation would move in completely immediately. Just everything is perfect. I was sad to have to leave it.

This place is absolutely amazing. It was exactly as described and worked out great for the family. We highly recommend this house and will certainly book this again.

Romain's house is very convenient, as described in the photographs, extensive and fully equipped, we spent a few days with my parents who are very good seniors, I recommend it, communication with Romain was excellent, how we had a rented car we moved through the area without any problems, Puerto Morelos is charming, with the authenticity of a local village, not invaded by mass tourism, we loved it 💕

This home is very well equipped to accommodate 4 couples comfortably. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We have made some great memories just being together in one home away from our separate lives, and we look forward to booking again in the future. The front booth security was so friendly, kind, and helpful., and made us feel welcome. They will be missed. The shared community pool was a huge bonus, because it was not used by others while we were there and it was a beautiful place to swim. The management team for this property was very helpful with recommendations for tours and taxis which was a huge help. It was easy to taxi into Puerto Morelos and then catch the Playa Express to Playa Del Carmen, and Cancun, which were jumping off places for other tours. One tour company picked us up right at the highway which was walking distance from the home. A huge thank you all the team for making this a wonderful family vacation.

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, cozy and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There are also all the essentials for the children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are close by. We recommend it without hesitation.

This apartment was a great choice for my stay. It was well-kept and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable experience. Any issues that came up were promptly resolved, thanks to the attentive host. The location is perfect—just minutes on foot to 5th Avenue, the beach, the supermarket, and restaurants. I selected this apartment for a week-long trip to PDC with my family and my in-laws based largely on the size (two bedrooms) and the pictures of the beautiful balcony and garden. I feel as though we really lucked out in terms of location - the apartment was near enough to 5th Ave and the beach to walk, but far enough to be in a tranquil neighbourhood. There were so many nice restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend this unit. As others have mentioned, the property manager Sandra is wonderful and friendly.

Cece was a super responsive host and provided great local recommendations. The place was perfect for our 5 days in town, comfortable accommodations, great space, great backyard and close to the ocean. perfect! can't wait to return next year! thank you for having us.

The hosts were accommodating throughout my entire stay. Mario was always there to help and every time I had a question he would always respond within a timely manner. When I asked to be checked out a little bit later Mario said yes without hesitation. I had a wonderful time at the Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful place to stay near the beach with the family. I can’t thank the hosts enough for everything they’ve done and hope to be there soon again.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Cathy was so quick to respond to any inquiries and made very helpful contacts for any questions. We would definitely recommend this property. The only disappointment was there wasn't a hot tub.

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.
