This Magic Sands Condo is 5 stars! It is as beautiful as the picture which advertise it. The condo is well provisioned and stocked with everything one might need for an amazing Kona vacation. The host provided very detailed instructions - not only about the condo but also restaurants, sights to see and things to do. We found it to be excellent value for our vacation dollars.

The house was gorgeous, it matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. At night it was very peaceful and just the most beautiful views every morning. My wife and I loved that it was so close to the best snorkeling that we've ever done and if you didn't want to do the hike to get to it there's plenty of rentable kayaks nearby. We also managed to see a mama humpback whale and her calf in the bay while we were relaxing on the lanai. Last thing I'll say is that the house was close to alot of local food places that all are highly recommended. When I plan my next trip to the Big Island I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

Amazing lanai with ocean views. Very peaceful. Great for traveling with a toddler- included essentials and even a playground!

It is a great place to stay in the condo. Almost have everything that for daily life. it is very convenient.

The view out our slider was beyond beautiful! We saw spinner dolphins putting on a show one morning and saw whales spouting and jumping everyday! The condo had all the beach equipment we needed, chairs, umbrella, towels and an ice chest. The Magic Sands Grill on the premises was an added bonus! Connie did an excellent job communicating with us! Mahalo for everything!

What an absolute blessing of a stay. A complete Gem of a place to stay AND a host. We couldn't be happier with where we were and how it felt to be there. Truly felt like home. Her kindness and generosity is unparalleled and anyone lucky enough to stay here should consider themselves blessed. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for home away from home.

My husband and I and our friends just spent 10 days at Dani and Dave's place. Although we didn't get to meet her and Dave I feel like we are friends. She was amazing in responding to anything I asked. Their place was so beautiful. From waking up everyday to coffee on the lanai to finishing our day with drinks on the lanai, listening to the beautiful sound of the ocean. Saw many whales but missed the dolphins but heard they were there. It is a great location to get to town and other activities. We will be back to stay again. Until next time Aloha! Really lovely space, had everything we needed and more. Loved having access to boogie boards, beach towels and umbrella + record player. A quick 5-10 min walk to everything in Kona and cute cats in the neighborhood. The only thing was the bed was super foamy, I know this works for a lot of folks but we found the pull out more firmer and able to sleep on that.

We are SO grateful that we stayed here!!! Absolutely amazing. It was private & peaceful & beautiful. Our favorite thing was drinking our coffee on the porch every morning before heading out on our adventures. And we made sure to be home a few evenings by sunset to watch it from the elevated view. The place is spotless & exactly as described. The hosts are fast to respond to questions. We appreciated little things provides such as the tote bags, and especially the cooler & beach chairs. We found that handy for packing food & items for our long days out hiking, or at the beach. The bed is comfortable, and you can even just watch the sunset while laying on the bed. We felt so relaxed during our stay. Loved coming home each night. Definitely recommend this option to everyone! 🌺
