Holiday rentals with a pool in Kailua Beach

What can I say…me and my best friend had planned this trip to hawaii together and it was our first trip. Our previous airbnb was such a disappointment with its lack of upkeep and safety measures however Charlie went above and beyond with making everything easy! He even got the place ready a little bit early for us. The place was spotless and spacious, the ambiance and decor made it feel luxurious yet cozy and Charlie was always available at our beck and call to assist us with any questions. Our trip almost got ruined because of the previous airbnb but Charlie quite literally saved us. As two women travelling alone, we felt completely safe, the staff was super friendly and so many of me and my best friends adventures were at walking distance! Thank you for making this place feel like home and thank you for your gracious hospitality Charlie! Everyone of our friends and family cannot wait to stay at this place one day!! This trip will remain a beautiful memory thanks to Charlie.

this cottage is a dream of a destination in kailua! the garden, pool, outdoor deck, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful interior spaces are just the start. access to the beaches at lanikai for amazing sunrises, lush landscaping, views to offshore islands, and long walks on a sandy beach is easy from the cottage. and a slightly longer walk gets you to kailua beach park's boardwalk and beach, and the hike at lanikai pillbox without driving or parking hassles. it's in a safe, private, and quiet neighborhood for residents, runners, bikers, and dog walkers. shops and restaurants are a short drive away, and a few are even walking distance. thank you for access to this special place!

Had the most wonderful stay here! Krista truly thought of every detail and provided everything a guest could possibly need. The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. From the thoughtful touches to the well-stocked amenities, it was clear that a lot of care went into making this an exceptional experience. Krista and her team were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re looking for a perfect stay in Hawaii, this is it!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views from the backyard were amazing and it was so lovely to sit outside with a cup of coffee in the morning and just soak it all in. The inside was beautifully decorated and the walls very insulated so our family staying in the other rooms didn’t wake up from our baby crying in the middle of the night. We appreciated all the local suggestions for food and also snorkling spots. If given the opportunity to travel to Hawaii again, we would absolutely stay here!

Beautiful place to stay. Felt like home! Walkable to Ritz amenities, trails and beaches!

When we arrived we had a beautiful welcoming basket waiting for us. “Thank you Joel”. The view and place is just like the pictures. Everything looked clean and organized. Joel instructions and details about home were clear and spot on. We had a wonderful stayed and enjoyed the location.

We enjoyed our stay in Hea Joungs condo. This condo had nice views and lots of drawers for storage. Also had a fan, chairs and beach chairs/towels which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable as well. Most of the condos in the building are not spacious by any means, but we already knew that and for us it's a place to get ready, relax at night and sleep. The pool area is really nice and large with covered areas. The gym is not so great, and could use a really good cleaning, also smells extremely moldy, stuffy. I would not recommend using it. We have stayed in this building before so are very familiar with the walkability of the area which is great! There was a small mix-up in getting our keys at check-in due to previous guests (no fault of our hosts) which they responded to quickly and efficiently. We stay in this building when visiting family, and would book a condo from Hea, Sachi & Annie again with no hesitation.

The place was in a great location and very comfortable. Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony and being able to walk easily to restaurants. The included parking was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from Waikiki beach. There were always plenty of parking spots in the provided parking garage.

You can’t beat the location. Everything we had planned was within walking distance. We had an amazing time here.

We had an incredible stay! It’s in a perfect location that is quiet and relaxing with so much to do. You are about an hour from anything you’d want to do anywhere on the island but there is plenty to do right there on North Shore. Getting there was easy. Check in was so incredibly simple. The place is stocked well with EVERYTHING you’d need you can walk right down to Turtle Bay. Truly, just a great place!

We love this unit, stayed there 2 times, love white clean floors, furniture and beds are very comfortable, clean and useful kitchen, nice clean bathroom, makes us feel like at home. Great view!!! Beautiful sunsets can be watched right from the unit, and amazing location.

We had a fantastic stay at Donald’s place! The location is excellent—super convenient for getting around. The room was well-prepared, and the facilities provided covered all our needs, making our stay very comfortable. Donald was an amazing host, always responding to our requests quickly and ensuring we had everything we needed. We recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This is a great place to stay! The location is very walkable to many attractions, and was very clean. The host is very responsive and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. I would stay here again next time I am in Hawaii.

Absolutely loved the house.Cooking is available in the kitchen.There is a dryer to dry your clothes.There is a convenient supermarket downstairs.Right near Chinatown.Very convenient of transportation.I would recommend this house to a friend.

It was a great location to all the beaches on the north shore and was great to walk to the hotel stores and restaurants

We were very happy that we stayed on the North shore and Turtle Bay area for our stay. Everything is calmer, less crowded, and more upscale when compared to other parts of the island. Overall it was a great place to stay, however, a couple things to note. (This is meant to be positive criticism). The rental didn't mention much about access to the ALL of the restaurants, bars, lounges, beach at the Turtle Bay resort (which has to be at least a 5 STAR hotel), with the exception of the pool swimming and beach chair equipment, this is a a huge plus to the rental location! On the other hand, it did not provide any food condiments such as salt & pepper, condiments, coffee, etc. So plan to buy everything you need to cook with. The rental did have a few things that could be improved upon, the bathroom sink splashes significantly, the bed frame is sized incorrectly, and it direly needs 2 new beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed our stay, but with a hint of TLC it would make it even greater!
