Holiday rentals with a pool in Kailua Beach

Charlie was a great host, very communicative and had amazing recommendations. The apartment is in a fantastic location by the beach, including within the building on a high floor + corner unit. We loved the floor to ceiling views of the ocean, city, and mountains, as well as the balcony. Like others have said, the bed is very soft, and since you’re in the middle of Waikīkī, it’s not always quiet. It’s so spacious and calm otherwise. We would definitely stay here again.

There truly isn't enough space in this block to describe the perfect stay. From the time we booked this home to connecting well after our stay for items left behind, the experience was extremely wonderful. The post of the home is very accurate. The decor and details are so very well thought out and maintained. There was so much room and comfort for our family. The adults had a space to truly relax and kids had a place to be kids. Each room amazed us with the fine details and all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts are the type of hosts you would wish for, extremely responsive, very courteous, and always looking to go above and beyond for you even before being prompted. We loved the welcome and the beautiful card. They truly do take care of their guests. The drive to Makaha to this beautiful gated community among the picturesque valley just made our time so worth it. They truly made us feel at home. A huge thank you to Ricardo. We absolutely plan on returning! Mahalo nunui!

We had an amazing family vacation with so many beautiful memories made that we will cherish forever. I didn't realize it was a cottage on someone's home property with a shared pool, but they weren't there. Thank you so much for letting us stay there! Some coffee and a couple bikes would have earned 6 stars 😉

This condo was just as described and perfect for our family group. It is decorated with a modern island style vibe and was clean and well-stocked with great comforts and amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well in each room. We loved having our morning coffee out on the patio with the palm fronds swaying overhead. Thanks to Danny for being a great host; he was so responsive to anything we needed during our stay. I’d definitely come back again.

The house is amazing, very well equipped, there is absolutely everything you need there from all sorts of kitchen appliances, grill stuff and beach equipment. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The house is beautifully furnished. Contact with Kristen was great, she was responding very quickly to all of our questions. I really, really recommend this house!!!!

Kierston's place in Turtle Bay was fantastic for my family's stay on the North Shore. Sitting right on the Golf Course, you are less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and Turtle Bay resort. Kierston provided all the necessary beach gear (umbrella, (abundant) towels, chairs) along with a wagon to tow to the beach. We especially enjoyed the snorkel gear! The place is exactly as described. A real four bedroom place is hard to find on the North Shore! The kitchen had everything you need plus a large dining table and plenty of space to relax in the family/living room. Directions and property access were easy and straightforward. We used the reserved parking steps from the front door as well as a guest spot for our second vehicle only a few more steps away. Kierston was nice enough to check in on us before and during our stay ensuring we had everything we needed. Great stay for our family!

The place felt like home. Lovely patio with view of golf course and walking distance to a nice restaurant. Perfect home base to set off wherever you want on Oahu. The unit has everything you need for the beach. the beds are comfortable. Would definitely come stay again!

Our Stay was exactly what we hoped for! Everything was exactly as advertised. The Aston Waikiki Sunset unit was what you'd expect from a 1 bedroom hotel suite available as a privately owned unit within a hotel with access to all hotel ameneties; nice pool, gym, convenience store and best of all FREE parking that costs $40/night in neighboring hotels. Close walk to great beach with 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs they provided. Great Host, Great Stay, Great Value! Highly recommend!

Our stay at the property was quite excellent. The space was clean and well maintained with all the necessities for a family of 4. Waikiki can be quite noisy and I'm happy to say that the space was quiet as well - being on an upper floor and facing the canal, there isn't as much noise as other spaces even very close by. Lots of amenities close by including groceries, pizza, restaurants, surf shops and the zoo. Would be happy to stay again. Our host was very responsive, offered great suggestions and provided all the information we needed to check-in and check-out in a timely manner. Cheers to a wonderful stay.

We had an incredible stay! It’s in a perfect location that is quiet and relaxing with so much to do. You are about an hour from anything you’d want to do anywhere on the island but there is plenty to do right there on North Shore. Getting there was easy. Check in was so incredibly simple. The place is stocked well with EVERYTHING you’d need you can walk right down to Turtle Bay. Truly, just a great place!

This was by far one of the best air B&B’s I’ve stayed at, and the host was amazing with everything from instructions & even texting several times to let us know of events happening in the area we may want to check out.

This is a great place to stay! The location is very walkable to many attractions, and was very clean. The host is very responsive and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. I would stay here again next time I am in Hawaii.

The place was comfortable for a family of 4. The 2 bathrooms was a bonus. We had everthing we needed to enjoy our stay. Updated appliances and cute decor. The lanai was nice to enjoy our meals. We really loved going to the hotel for a drink and the turtle cheesecake with live music. Also you cnould snorkel right at the hotel.

This is our second time staying at one of Vinny’s listings. It was another great experience despite building maintenance. Vinny was responsive, friendly and clear with his communication. His listings are always well-maintained and clean! I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and clean stay!
