The house offers great accommodation for up to 8 guests. No more than 6 adults will be accepted. It offers a spacious living area, and indoor/outdoor flow. The lounge opens up to a sun drenched area that opens to a fully fenced private back yard with outdoor dining, lounging, trampoline, sandpit & BBQ The kitchen is well equipped with basic pantry and cleaning items. One Tree Point Retreat.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Four bedrooms, plus separate media room with fold out couch. Two rooms have single beds, one room has a double bed and the Master room a queen bed plus ensuite. Open plan living in a 2 year old house. Outside has a trampoline, plenty of room for kids to run or for adults to feel they can have their own space. A quick walk to a restaurant and four square. House is located in the marina subdivision.

Stunning Beach House in the Heart of Wine Country

Stunning beachfront property in the heart of Matakana wine country. Kick back and relax or head out on the water for a spot of fishing, this is the ultimate retreat. Perfect for kids, the decks are gated and the beach is calm and safe. My kids adore looking for crabs and splashing around in the shallow sea. Wait for the tide to come in and go sailing, or take a break at any of the magnificent restaurants in the area. We are 7 minutes from Matakana village.
