Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalamazoo County

The resort was extremely well placed in the location with access to private lake. We wanted to experience the frozen lakes very closely and this is just the place. This resort is in the midway between the 10 mile country road stretch and as we expected the road was full of heavenly snow, a perfect valentine setup. Except Kitchen sink (drain), some of the cutlery, and a stain on the pillow linen, which are minor glitches, everything was perfect. To name a few standout things… the welcome manual was very informative. We just love Saugatuk and Holland and this place is in Bloomingdale is at good access distance to our favourite place and it has a lake view. Both Jonathan and Tanya and very flexible and are super hosts. When I booked the Glam room and wanted the view of lake, they were very quick in helping us to change the room type. All in all, one of the best vacations for us in the recent days… We wish to visit again in Spring / Summer… Thanks Jonathan and Tanya.

Another wonderful weekend getaway at Stephaney's place. We love fishing off the pier, relaxing on the porch with the beautiful view of the lake, and the coziness of the cottage. Our pup is so happy to have room to run and swim. Great breweries and restaurants in neighboring towns. A highlight of our summer.

Clean, cozy, and perfect for a wedding weekend on the lake. Will be nice for another getaway in the future. I value privacy, and there was no contact with anyone, other than a quick phone call I made prior to checking in to Aaron for questions I had. I 100% recommend a stay if you are in the area and want privacy by the lake. The beautiful fall drive through the small towns to get to the property was very nice! Lots's of farmers markets, and mills to stop at. The boat launch is directly across the street so a boat/jet ski is an option.

I had an amazing stay at Scott Lake! The building where the AirBnB is located is absolutely beautiful, and I loved learning about its history. The area is perfect—private and peaceful, yet with plenty to do. My friend and I had a fantastic time kayaking on the lake and spending the evening by the bonfire under the stars. We’re already looking forward to visiting this place again!

Jonathan and Taniya were very responsive and helpful hosts. The room was very clean and just as pictured. There was a book on the kitchen table with restaurants and attractions nearby. I checked out 2 of the local restaurants listed and was not disappointed! The lake view and private beach was serene and peaceful. My first night I took the kayak out for a spin around the lake around sunset. You can’t get that experience in a hotel. The overall experience was amazing and I will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in the area. 😊

We enjoyed our labor day weekend stay. The room was comfortable. We Loved that we had access to a lake with amenities like a floating dock, we enjoyed using the kayaks, pool noodles and life jackets. It was all just a short walk from our room. Jonathan and Tanya were very nice and easy to communicate with. I like they have a printed off sheet of different restaurants in the area they would recommend. We enjoyed the ice cream place not far down the road. We would come back again.

This house was perfect for our family of three! Although we had a family of 5 visit for a day and had plenty of space for all of us to enjoy a jump in the lake and tacos for dinner. The lakefront is serene and has a beautiful sunrise in the morning. We opened the blinds and enjoyed the view every morning! This is a lake house so be prepared to sweep the spiders from the outdoors spaces, including around the doors and the dock. The yard has quite a few spots for kids to get injured so walk around first, don't run like my poor kid did, she tripped on the sidewalk as soon as we arrived and busted her knee. There were band aids and most other amenities including an Ol school Mr. Coffee pot, a good selection of cookware and a flat top grill with grilling tools. The yard is small and the lakefront is mucky but the more it gets used, the better it will get. Roma park is a great place for a swimming beach at $12/ day parking and has other activities to plan. Plan ahead and rent a boat too!

We had such a great time staying at this home! It’s probably my new favorite place I’ve stayed at so far. We had an excellent time being close for a day of skiing/snowboarding. The home was spacious and clean and we all had more than enough room (6 people). We look forward to booking this place again for perhaps another ski trip next year. Great host and great home! Highly recommend

This place was great for me and my 3 friends! More than enough space and the airbnb was very clean! we had a mishap on our end and Jeremy was very understanding about getting it took care of. 10/10 definitely recommend!
