This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Due to its location, it is very close to the attractions such as Kaputaj Beach, Patara Beach, Patara ancient city, Xanthos ancient city, Saklikent canyon, Hidden city waterfall, Patara sand dunes, 200m away from grocery stores, supermarkets, cafes, etc. Our villa has a capacity for 2 people. We have a baby chair and bed. We are waiting for a private holiday♥️

Our place is front row to Kalamar beach within 50-meter walking distance to the sea. The house is 1 kilometer from Kalkan center which has great restaurants and nightlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). All the rooms have air conditioning and also the windows have screens. Both bathrooms have showers. The villa has a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and silverware/plates.
