We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Dunedin! The place was fully equipped with everything we needed for our family of six. The kitchen, washing machine, and the toilet with a built-in dryer made our stay extra convenient. It’s ideally located, close to Woolworths, several dining options, and a petrol station. We also loved that it was near Claire’s Beach – a perfect spot for some relaxation. The host was incredibly responsive and even accommodated our request for a late check-out. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

Nice place in a very beautiful surroundings. The place is esoteric and full of wonderful nik naks that tell many stories. Large and spacious. Simple the place has character.

Vicks place was lovely. Beautiful outlook ,very comfortable and stylish. The accomodation was very clean and immaculately tidy. The beds were very comfortable and a good selection of pillows. Shower and bathroom great. Just a heads up for future guests the kitchen area is only really suitable for heating up food or take always. Just a microwave for cooking and very limited work surfaces. There is a toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine for preparing breakfast. It does say this in the details but I thought it was worth underlining. There is a couple of eating places in Portobello but this is a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and what a wonderful space we had above the double garage. Lovely views over the harbour, and a quiet tranquil rural space to unwind. It was a great one night getaway, with the charming town of Port Chalmers just a short drive away where we explored the beautiful art scene in the main street, and the amazing Maritime Museum. We would recommend for a short or longer stay. Thank you to Trixie and Mark for their awesome hospitality.

We had a perfekt stay in this lovely place with small garden. The apartment is stylish, cozy, quiet and absolutely clean. There is everything, what you need including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing mashine. Thank you very much, we fellt at home.

We enjoy our stay at Sycamore Villa, it is warm, comfortable and clean. It is located very close to the city centre and other tourist attractions.

Great modern space, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was great. A bit of a walk into the city centre but worth it as we had a parking space for our rental car. lovely out on the balcony also.

This is our second stay at Mike’s and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely, cosy accomodation and the washer and dryer are great for longer stays. Easy walk to the train station and The Octagon ( shops and restaurants), bit of a hill coming home but good exercise. Mike was a very responsive host .

The apartment was in a beautiful building and looked historical to me and exactly like the pictures. Fully Equipped kitchen, and I had the pleasure to use the new stove 😊. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware and cookware. If you’re a Farmer market lover like me the apartment is 8 minutes’ walk to the market. The Octagon is 15 minutes (short legs😊). Chinese garden and Queens Garden are 5 minutes. My boys loved the private heated Jacuzzi it was on charming rooftop terrace with stunning city and hills views. The location is very quiet. Suzie the host was very caring and sweet. Thank you Suzie.💐

It was an old house, but it was so tidy and well-done, and 'The host couple was kind, so I felt comfortable. I felt good because the flowers were beautifully decorated, and I was able to eat delicious apples. Thank you.

This was a great spot for our group to stay in. Mike was very helpful with the booking process and working out how much space we needed. We had the main house plus two smaller cottages and were very happy with the accommodation. Easy walk in to town and back.
