We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals (no oven), fridge, toaster and kettle. It is small but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Our lakeside studio unit gives spectacular views of the majestic Remarkable mountains and uninterrupted lake views, and is just a few minutes from the Queenstown International Airport. The Studio Unit doesn't offer cooking facilities, however we are sure that the close proximity to local Cafes, Restaurants, a Boutique Brewery and Takeaways which are all within walking distance, will be to your liking. Welcome to your cabin by the lake. Created by a Queenstown architect it’s warm and cosy with underfloor heating for the Winter, north facing and sunny in the courtyard for dining in Summer. It's clad with Canadian Cedar on the outside and lined with Scandinavian Spruce inside giving a lovely natural ambiance. Located in a quiet and peaceful part of sunny Kelvin Heights it's beside the lake and the Queenstown Trail.

Lake View Townhouse

My place has beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. 200m to the lake. 10% discount for 7 or more nights. Walking distance to many nice places. I charge a basic fee for 2 people and $50 each extra person, maximum of 4 people., Planes fly overhead. Most guests enjoy this.
