Great house to stay in whole visiting the city, it is very central and perfect for getting to most places. 3 main rooms but flexible with amount of beds available

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away, and it's very easy to get into Brighton.

Comfortable and peaceful surroundings the house is very nice and I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Brighton. Hosts are always there to help.

We had such a great stay at Cat and Andy’s place! The place was clean, tidy, and super spacious! The pictures did not do it justice. Had a wonderful time at Gabby's house . It felt so welcoming, peaceful, clean and loved. Gabby was excellent at communicating and always helpful. It took about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Brighton with cafes and pubs on the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Fabulous week, swallows nest cottage was lovely and the swimming pool was great, we were the only ones in there each time. Chris even opened the pool early for us which was much appreciated. Used the steam room too and the fabulous hot tub - had fabulous walks with our two spaniels, along the coast to Firehills was our favourite. The Cove pub was amazing, very dog friendly, warm (log fire) and welcoming, food fantastic. All in all a really lovely week. Chris and Erik very ready to help but totally happy to leave you to enjoy their lovely gardens etc. We’ll be back! Thank you Chris and Erik

This place was great, peaceful and fun all in one. Perfect location for our 2 families to spend our birthday celebrations. Games room was great for the whole family as was the hot tub! Lovely grounds for a walk and great entertaining area both inside and out. Host was super friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Had such a wonderful stay at the lodge, beautiful surroundings overlooking the lake, just stunning and the hot tub was a great edition. Lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival as well which was a nice touch.

Caroline's cottage was so peaceful and beautiful, set in a gorgeous setting. Caroline provided groceries for a cooked breakfast as well as croissants, which was a great touch and saved us the issue of finding local shops etc. It was lovely waking up to bird song. We loved the way Caroline's ducks came to greet us as we set off each day. Thank you Caroline for responding to any enquiries so swiftly too. Your cottage was so cosy and comfortable.

We had an amazing 3 nights with our small family! The caravan is great, well laid out, equipped and clean. Great selection of games plus the TV and WiFi were convenient. The afternoon sun on the terrace was relaxing and beautiful. The holiday park was small but very friendly. We went swimming in the pool every day and couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach (would’ve taken advantage of that more had the weather been a touch warmer, alas!) The facilities close by (as signposted by Shirley) were fab - harbour, walks and shopping complex. We had a day trip to Battle (1066 Battle of Hastings) which was great and interesting for the whole family. Very much recommend staying with Shirley and will likely stay again ourselves! Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. Thank you for having us!

Absolutely magical! Myself, Vicki, and our cockapoo Roly had the most incredible 4-day stay at Toby and Kate’s beautiful pool shed in Kent. This is our third time there! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — the space is stunning, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special again. The pool shed really is a hidden gem — beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, and surrounded by the most tranquil countryside. The pool itself was a total dream, and Roly had the best time exploring the garden and surrounding land (and occasionally stealing the spotlight himself!). Toby and Kate are the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, and full of local tips. They’ve truly created something magical here — a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and a touch of luxury. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return! Five stars just isn’t enough. Thank you for everything Toby and Kate. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Kindest regards xxx

We had a brilliant stay! The location was private and peaceful, yet perfectly connected to Brighton city centre and the seaside. The space was spotless and super clean. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and proactive with helpful local recommendations. Everything was smooth and easy, making our stay really comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

An incredible place to stay for our family of four and two dogs. It met all of our needs being a perfect place for two adults to relax and enjoy, two children to play and be entertained, and two dogs with walks and comfort galore! I was incredibly impressed, Caroline has truly thought of everything to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable and we had absolutely everything we could need to experience a high quality home away from home. The garden is an absolute inspiration and we loved the location, which is very picturesque, quiet and lovely to be opposite the church. It was surprising how close to all the shops you are as well where we were able to get anything we needed. We had local Chinese takeaway and also enjoyed a greek restaurant on the final night, both serving up excellent food. I cannot fault our stay at all, we went for long walks as a family, visited Arundel castle, and Littlehampton's west beach cafe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone :)

We had a super couple of days staying for the Brighton marathon. Easy travel into Brighton from Hassocks. Beautiful walks around the Jack and Jill Windmills and South Downs Way.

We LOVED this Airbnb. It had everything you could need and was super clean, tidy and comfortable. The courtyard at the back was lovely too, plus it’s the best location for South Downs walks with breathtaking views. And a great pub for thirst quenching too!
