Bungalow holiday rentals in Kerala

We were lucky enough to spend 28 days at Antony’s and Jacqueline’s. Everything was perfect, the breakfasts awesome, the place was so clean, you didn’t want for anything. Jacqueline taught me how to make her fabulous ginger tea which I intend to replicate when we get home. They were so helpful with advice how to get about. The bungalow was ideally located for fort Kotchi but situated in a very quiet area. Mis Lilly and Mercy were lovely helping with the breakfasts, all in all a fantastic old original place to stay, I felt quite teary when leaving.

The property is Right next to the tea estate, amazingly maintained, beautifully kept the European essence. Best for family of 5-7 members. They have huge balcony, spacious rooms, decent kitchen/study/living space. Overall Loved the support and hospitality. Nishant is a gem… he really went out of the way to help us. Note- google Maps doesn’t work accurately here, do not follow Gmaps… I strongly recommend to stay in constant touch with host while coming here.

Our stay was incredible, the house and property are truly beautiful and better than described. The house is spacious and comfortable. I will say that my husband and I traveled around India for 3+ weeks and Deepu's home was the only one with consistent, amazing hot water in the showers. Everything is sustainable, grown from the earth, and thoughtfully crafted. Deepu, Sanita, and Shijo were amazing hosts who were very responsive, kind, caring, and invested in us enjoying our time there. They went above and beyond to ensure this. Shijo is amazing cook and a wonderful, giving person as well. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to return one day! Lots of love, Diviya and Jamie

I wanted a place to work and do some motorcycle riding for a few days. This place was perfect in every way for what I wanted. The view out of the balcony was simply breathtaking. We were actually greeted by a dozen wild bison right off the fence of the property! Internet speed was really good enabling me to work. The property is just off the city and hence I didn’t have to deal with city traffic while going out for rides. The host Mahendra was amazing helpful with the process and giving us tips about the surrounding. We also had the service of in-house chef Roselyn who was ever so pleasant and made his coffee/tea anytime and even tea leaf bajjis- a first time for me. This was very important for me as I worked in the night. It truly felt like a home away from home.

It is difficult to put into words how magical, wildly beautiful, and peaceful this place is. I’ve never been anywhere like it. Doc is the most extraordinarily wonderful host, perfect communication, so kind and helpful and welcoming. He does everything to make your stay perfect. The bungalow is so charming with so many lovely details, You can feel all the care and artistry that has gone into it. food is absolutely amazing. Valiyaparamba is so pure and unspoiled and serene. I was in love the moment I arrived and the stay exceeded my expectations in every possible way. So grateful to have discovered this paradise- i cannot wait to return!

I recently stayed at Govind's Vellayani Bungalow with family as I was attending a wedding in the vicinity, and it was an absolute delight to be there. The 4BHK villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and has a cozy and homely feel. The rooms are air-conditioned, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is equipped to make tea and toast (which we did) The spacious and verdant surroundings of the villa with the groundnut fruit tree, banana patches and jackfruit trees with a swing was simply wonderful. We got lost reaching the place. We completed a full "parikrama" of the Vellayani lake, saw red carpets of fresh red "keerai" (spinach) along the lakeside, interacted with fishermen catching "karimeen", spotted a cormorant, wnet up and down steep slopey Kerala roads before getting to the bungalow. We were simply charmed by being lost in God's own country.

amazing property amazing host and most helpful helper there, we felt right at home and it has spectacular views. we wanted a place quiet and peaceful and this was pitch perfect! PS: it's a bit on the outskirts so please be mindful of that.

The property is very good and if you are a group of 3-4 families, then this property is a must recommendation. Very comfortable place to relax. - Very Comfortable Bunglow with all facilities required during the holidays. - Enough Parking space. - Easy to reach. - Close to restaurants. - Well arranged Bon Fire. - Very spacious Garden to sit, relax. - Rooms and Bathrooms were really clean. - Big dinning area for a bigger group. - If you love to sit in sunrise, the garden is very comfortable. Overall our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed 2 days. Thanks to the Host, Mr. Keerth.

Very calm and pristine place to hang out with a small group of friends or family. Shiela was friendly host who gave clear instructions on everything and made our stay hassle free. The helper anna is also a kind fellow who stays at the property but makes sure to give the guests privacy. The home itself is a very beautiful place away from all the noise. Its exactly as shown in the pictures by the host. TV works fine, we get good airtel signal, bathrooms have plenty of hot water. Kitchen comes with the necessary utensils to cooks. Will definitely return👍
