The stay was amazing and very clean. It's quiet in and around making it a great place to stay. Host is very helpful and is always a message away. We would definitely like to visit this place again.

This was our second stay at the villa, and honestly, it’s an amazing place. Every member of my family loved it. The hospitality from Abraham was exceptional—he made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.

Very nice vintage infused stay. Can listen to peacock sounds and also spot quite a few in the early morning hours.

I will try to limit my thoughts to 1000 words. Firstly, Manoj is very responsive and helpful. He shared the contacts, instructions, and locality details well in advance. Million thanks to Francis, who is the caretaker. The neighborhood is really friendly, polite, kind, and very helpful. Francis chettan helped with everything. Please visit Mettekkatt Bakery for amazing coconut ice creams and Sharbat. We rented this BnB to visit close by temples. But it never felt like a vacation. It was more like we were with our family. We made good connection with people in this beautiful and exotic fishing village. Vincent (Binny chettan) who helps with the taxicab is a great guide and friend and the best company one can have. We stayed for a week and left with a heavy heart, never wanting to leave this place. True spirit of Kerala, its natural beauty, and the most beautiful people at heart, ever. Brookview Wayanad is a perfect getaway nestled in the heart of nature. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a peaceful retreat from the city. A river flows by right in front of the property.The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. One of the highlights was the delicious local Kerala food—authentic, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers a serene atmosphere. Perfect homestay and a very short walk to the beach. Jessy is very welcoming, and she cooked us a lovely breakfast every morning. We also had lunch one day at the villa and it was absolutely delicious. The pool was an added bonus. Perfect few days in a very relaxing environment!

Stayed with family ( wife , parents and 2 infant kids ) and had great homely experience . Host is super friendly and caretaker too who took care of everything and responded immediately on all our needs and also provided local insights . Place is spacious, in quiet area and has a big podium / balcony with swing ! And a great living room at the first floor . We were surprised to see a big Mango tree in the lawn ! Over all great experience and highly recommended for both short and or long stay .

It was a great place for a peaceful stay with my family. A Modern house surrounded with nature. The view from the house is beautiful. Mr. Prakash(caretaker) was available throughout the stay with everything we needed and was more than helpful.

We had such a great time at the place. Kuruvilla and Jithu who stay on the property were so good with every one of our requests. They are the main reason for my high rating across the board. We are four friends who were there for 4 days and 3 nights. Had a blast. Keep in mind it is an hour drive from Kochi and 2 hours from Kochi airport. But it was worth it. Also make sure you choose the right number of people because that determines whether you get all bedrooms or not and how much you pay per day

We had such a great time! We were seriously pampered by the staff and all of our needs were met. Two comments— first, the pictures in the listing are from when the resort was new, so there was definitely wear and tear we weren’t expecting, but everything was still clean and maintained. Secondly, two of the rooms had electricity issues while we were there— the staff dealt with the issues but it was a persistent problem for a few days. Otherwise our stay was great and we would recommend!

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

Mudra Manor was absolutely beautiful. Amazing property, very chic. My dog loved running around the lawn and the trail walking. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The barbecue was delicious, so was all the meals . The heated pool was a good addition in the rainy cold weather. Partha and the caretaker Ram and chef Das did a great job and were very responsive throughout our stay. Definite recommend this place if you’re looking to have a staycation in a luxurious property.

highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

The place had such a cool and calming vibe. The property is very spacious and the pool is a really good highlight. All the amenities were provided as stated. From the moment I walked in, I felt super relaxed. Was really a peaceful experience. The staff was friendly but gave us space to enjoy, which was nice. Definitely a spot I’d love to come back to when I need to unwind.

This is a great place to unwind with your friends. There are 2 big bedrooms at ground floor facing the pool area & 3 rooms on top. The pool area is big along with sitouts where you can have your party along with barbecue. The caretaker was very helpful in arranging everythings that we asked for. Dinner & breakfast was arranged at a nominal cost but the food was great. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I definitely recommend this place for groups! 👍

The Cabana was exactly as described. It is right on the beach and you have a private entry to it. The pool was amazing and overlooks the beach- it was lovely to watch sunset from here. The host was very responsive and was helpful in accommodating our large group. They even arranged home cooked catered food for us which was very tasty and took the stress out of ordering from restaurant. Will recommend 100%

I stayed here for 15 days and had a great experience. The house was exactly like the photos, neat and clean. The location was convenient with markets nearby, and the place was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay overall. However, the only issue was with the househelp. We were told she would clean the house every other day, but during our 15-day stay, she came only 4 times.
