Holiday rentals with breakfast in Keswick

Andrew was really communicative and made everything so easy. The house was nice and tidy and nearby the city centre with nice places within very easy each. would recommend!

We had such a fabulous stay at Carole’s place in Warton. The lodge was immaculate and so well equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet, private and set around a lovely small lake. 30 minute drive to Windermere and 15 minutes to Lancaster. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

I’m sad I only got to stay for one night! Sarah and her beautiful family welcomed me into their home and made me feel so incredibly welcome. Such attentive and friendly hosts. Including unlimited doggy cuddles. The space was just beautiful - so much space to hang out, immaculate bathroom with a great shower, and a super comfy bed. The breakfast nook and coffee machine was perfect. Free on street parking right outside. I’ll definitely recommend to a friend and will stay again when I’m next in Lancaster!

This is such a wonderful place! It is charming, cozy and beautifully decorated. It is perfectly located to explore the Northern Fells of the Lake District with beautiful scenery all around. The house itself was perfect in every way and the owners were very generous with little touches around the house, with bread and milk on arrival, food for breakfast and much more. The fire was set for us and there were lots of fresh flowers. This is a great place to stay and we had an amazing weekend there.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Tess, the host was great, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything we needed. My famiky truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and stress-free experience! 😊

The house is in a beautiful, peaceful location. Close to Derwent water. Lots of space in the house so you don’t feel crowded. We walked along the shore of Lake Derwent and then took a boat trip from Keswick. Perfect mini break just what we needed.

Exceptional! The accommodation was spacious, quirky in a good way, surprisingly well equipped, and no expense spared. Our host Ivan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. We plan to return!

Julie is a friendly host. Extremely helpful. Lovely cozy annexe with everything supplied. Tea, coffee and eggs . Bread and milk too . Excellent cake too. Right on Pennine Way. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful cottage in great location in the centre of town and handy for the Lakes. Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished with lots of lovely touches like a beautiful bunch of flowers and goodies on arrival. Highly recommended.

What a lovely find for a last minute get away. Very easy to book and communication was excellent. We were greeted by Martin, who offered to help with our luggage, quirky followed by Howard. Both hosts were friendly, chatty and welcoming and were available if we needed anything during our stay. Howie provided us with a parking permit, a bargain at £5 and Martin showed us to our suite to make sure we were happy. Recommendations for places to visit were also given The suite was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. Bed was super comfy, fluffy towels and it was great to have a living area to relax when we returned later in the evening. On leaving the following morning, Martin came to say bye and again offered to carry our luggage. We had a lovely time, great hosts and will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Thanks Martin and Howie.

Stayed 4 days in Paul’s lovely cottage, just a short walk from Hawkshead village. The accommodations were as expected and Paul could not have been a more gracious host. He has a wealth of local knowledge and directed us on some beautiful walks. Breakfasts were fantastic! Would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Motherby House and am so grateful to the hosts, Jacquie and David, for making me feel so welcome. They’re both kind and engaging—and they gave me some great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area. Breakfast was delicious and Jacquie kindly made me a tasty packed lunch for my hike! I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Beautiful warm clean accommodation . The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Bathroom was large, very clean and hot water. Julie left us a wide choice of breakfast including vegan, lovely. Very private and quiet, parking. Attention to detail was great “sheep” .

My wife, baby and I loved our two-night stay in Brian's tranquil and homely farmhouse. For a 7 month old the set up with a double bed and a single bed worked perfectly for us. It was nice to arrive to a warm bedroom as he had turned the heater on ahead of our arrival. Peaceful, quiet location with stunning surrounding views. His two black cats are lovely too! Thank you

It was brilliant to get to stay with Marianne in her family home. She was very welcoming and friendly and showed us around her home and all of the amenities. Once settled in we made the short walk into the centre of town. We were able to come and go as we pleased. Marianne provided a delightful continental breakfast which was generously sized and set us up very well for the day. We shared stories and it was great to learn about eachother. As someone new to Lancaster, she also gave us some helpful insights into the area. She was a natural host and very sweet and accommodating. Thank you 😊

Had a peaceful nights sleep, Jacqueline and Geoff are friendly warm welcoming hosts. And Geoffs home made granola was heavenly, thank you so so much. The room was warm cosy perfect 💚✨🌳

Perfect location and accommodation for us on our Pennine Way walk. Train to Settle was really useful to get supplies for the rest of our walk.

If you want a really homey, quiet base to do hikes from AND several really good farm-to-table vegetarian restaurants all within 15-min. drive, this is the place for you. I stayed 4 days with Bren in her home and felt very at home. She even made me vegetarian breakfasts each morning. Comfy bed, sunny room, excellent shower and a tub if you like to soak. Really good WiFi! and super friendly neighbors whom I met. Bren is super communicative, had great suggestions for places to visit and hikes to take. Would totally stay with her again.

Really lovely place, right in the heart of the peaks, Jill and Steve are clearly really passionate about the local area and gave us lots of tips. Very genuine and active hosts. The cooked breakfast was perfect the day after a long day doing the 3 peaks challenge! Can also highly recommend pie at the Station Inn just up the road! Leah :)
