Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, bright unit with a spectacular view of the lake. The kitchen is clean, the living/dining room is spacious and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the relaxing thermal bath, that was a bonus.

Matt & Ash place was amazing. Beautiful views, great amenities, comfy beds the list goes on….We loved it and will be back!

It was an awesome location, very private and very spacious for a family of 8. Ruby and Tyler are a beautiful couple that make sure you are very comfortable and really make you feel at home.

Absolutely stunning home with everything you could need and so close to the town centre. We really enjoyed how private the outdoor entraining area felt.

The house was big and spacious. I could recommend to change the beds, has smell. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Clear instructions on house walls. Lovely fire place.

I stayed here for Ironman New Zealand and it was everything I needed and more! Amazing place with very modern furnishings and space. Big backyard with only a 6 minute drive to town centre. Very quiet little neighbourhood with a Woolworth’s supermarket only a 10-15 minute walk or 4 minute drive. Fantastic place.

My stay at Weka Retreat was absolutely fantastic! Nestled in a serene natural setting with breathtaking views, it offered the perfect escape from daily life. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The hospitality was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more special. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, Weka Retreat is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Very nice house, well equipped. Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our stay and in particular to have breakfast with the family on the terrace that overlooks a large wooded garden.

We stayed for one night while travelling down the North Island. The house was easy to access and was fully fenced which was ideal as we have a dog and 2 young children. The place was clean and tidy and was family friendly.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in a great location. House was private and had everything we needed. Also amazing mini golf & restaurant walking distance! Great walks to the lake also!

Loverly modern house in a quiet part of town. Lots of space for our largish group. We made us of the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook and more (miscellaneous extras - bandaids for the blisters from hiking). The town is tranquil (esp as it was off season), with Turangi only 15 minutes down the road for all your needs.

We so enjoyed our trip to your home, It suited all our different needs from a baby to elderly me, we all had our own space, It was an easy walk to lake, not far from town, or the other attractions. It was so clean and well fitted out, We soooo appreciated your help on Friday ree getting into the home, It made such a difference, We will be back, Thankyou again Pam.

Wow! Stunning views all around and amazing sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful. House is exactly as described and more. Has everything you need, all amenities provided. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom and two toilets. Outdoor furniture provided. Outdoor bath was extra special for our overseas visitors. Lovely friendly host with good communication and instructions on location. Will definitely return. Thank you Cyn, one of the best places we have ever stayed in :-).

Loved our stay. Felt very safe & secure being that it is tucked away from street view with electronic coded door lock. Loads of restaurants deliver. Quick drive into town without having to take the ‘main strip’. Was simply brilliant & loved the special Christmas touches that made it feel very much like home.

Everything was great and highly recommended. I left the jacket accidentally when I checked-out, but she nicely let me know and kept it. Appreciate what you have done!!

We had a lovely stay with two couples and a child. it was cosy and the kitchen had everything we needed. there were good heating appliances too and the photos matched the description well. it was good value and would happily recommend to others. thanks Deborah!

A home away from home! Very clean, great quiet spot with more than everything you need!

Awesome set up. Group of 4 adults and 4 kids age 6m-9 years for 3 nights. Accommodation set up and open plan general area was perfect. Walks and biking and tennis all from the front door plus great burger and fish from the general store. Easy drive to Taupo for an action packed second day with all the adrenaline you need 15 mins away. Great spot for a little holiday

Calida went above and beyond to provide a comfortable home away from home for us. The house was spacious enough for two people with lots of natural light. It was so quiet there too. Calida was really helpful and left us lots of treats to use if we desired to. Very good kitchen, well stocked. Handy to have a washing machine too, we were able to dry our clothes on a rack in the warm sun. Thanks again Calida!
