Very nice for a girls weekend get away. The neighborhood was quiet, and conveniently located to the things we wanted to do.

Beautiful, lovely, peaceful…there are not enough words to describe the beauty and relaxing nature of this house! Alex has kept this house in pristine conditions and we treated it as it was our home. Alex was very responsive and flexible given the very last minute reservation. Our family from out of town enjoyed the view and the downtown area. We will definitely be reserving again with them for the spring or summer! Thank you again Alex!

Pictures don't really do it justice. It is much brighter and lighter inside than shown on Airbnb. Very cute house, would consider it again for future bookings. Back yard is an oasis and the hot tub is a perk!

We needed a last minute place to accommodate our dog. The place was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit from Hatteras to Corolla. The home itself was very clean with a small fenced in yard and hotub. We felt right at home. There were covers for the furniture welcoming pets. Who does that? What a nice touch. on top of that you'd never know it was pet freindly by its condition. Very clean and nice bedding etc. Whitney was very helpful with recommendations and questions. Super great location - close to the beach, restaurants, and stores! We loved the beach vibes and having the hot tub to jump into during the cold weather! Allison and Ritchie were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Amy was so accommodating and flexible. She really thought of everything when stocking her house for guests. We needed a couple of things during our stay and she provided immediately. The house is unbelievably cozy and clean. Dog water bowls, towels, and toys were available, too! We can't wait to stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Loved that we could utilize the community pool since the beach had red flags during our entire stay. The beach access private parking was also a plus. Hot tub was a great way to end the day. Lots of space for family meals at the dinning room table.

It’s the little things about this place that makes it special, the stocked coffee station, the dog supplies, the lights in the backyard, etc. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and close to lots of great eateries. Dustin was also super responsive and proactive in his outreach. 1000% would stay here again

This place was amazing! The location was everything and more. Chad’s place literally had everything we could think of even beach chairs and boards. He was responsive and friendly. Whatever you do, listen to him and go crabbing!!!! This was the perfect place for us (we brought our 3 year old toddler and dog) Thanks again!

We had a great stay. Home was very clean and in a great location just a short walk from the beach. Also included plenty if towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and other beach activities which was super nice. Highly recommend.

Even with all the rain during our beach week, we had a great time at this dog-friendly cottage. The screened-in porches made catching up with family outside bug free. Nice pool, corn hole and hammock were nice to have as well. Short walk down quiet unpaved street to beautiful beach. So many restaurants & activities nearby!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The cottage was located with easy access to the beach and pier and with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.

I just want to preface this by saying I have autism with ocd, so I am VERY particular about things. This house is so clean, it almost made me wonder if it was a showroom; they even cleaned dust from the ceiling fans. Everything is so organized and there are even labels on the drawers and other things. The furniture and decor are a little “dated” but in the best way possible. It feels like a very loved home, like if I visited distant family for holidays rather than just a plain rental house. As much as I enjoyed my time, I think my dogs enjoyed it even more thanks to the yard and comfy couches; there are even dog bowls in the kitchen to use if you need them. Everything is thoughtfully placed and so well kept. The cleaner is amazing, the host is amazing, for my very first airbnb, I think I’ve been too spoiled haha

Great location, only a five minute walk to the beach and you can hear the waves while sitting on the top deck. The house had everything we needed. It was perfectly decorated and very comfortable for lounging after the day's adventures. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our family with dogs, and included a picnic table next to the grill which was perfect for seafood eating. Bikes were great and many other beach necessities for the summer months. Brian provided very detailed instructions and suggestions for restaurants and more. Great place!

We had a great time at Scott's place! The location is very central to many Outer Banks attractions, and it is walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again! The hosts were friendly and provided clear instructions.

The cutest house to stay in! It was so nice and up to date, also very open with high ceilings which I loved! It was perfect for my husband, 2 kids and mother and father in law to stay in. Obviously it’s not on the beach(which it states), but it is not far! We loved it and would stay again! It is right off the main strip so it’s near a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores etc. we would stay again! Thanks for hosting us!

I would rate this 6/5 stars. We were a group of 9 friends who stayed at the place and every one of us loved the cottage. It’s right next to the beach with a nice porch area. It has a swimming pool right next to the cottage. The host was really responsive and also kind enough to get us extra amenities in the cold night. Would stay here every time I visit the place. Only complaint was there was no lock to one of the restrooms. Other than that there were no issues. Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay at Katie's cottage! The cottage was cozy, clean, and in a fantastic location. It's tucked slightly away from the main drag, offering a private feel and is a quick drive to the beach. It's also conveniently located down the street from Nags Head Woods Preserve, where we enjoyed a long hike. Katie's on-site guidebook led us to several local restaurants, coffee shops and Jennette's Pier where we saw about a dozen manta rays! Finally, Katie was incredibly accommodating when we decided to extend our trip by a day. Overall she is such a sweet and a fantastic host. We would absolutely stay at Katie's again, and can't recommend her cottage enough!

We visit the Outer Banks yearly and this is a very convenient location. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic week at Jennifer’s lovely cottage over Christmas. It was relaxing and everything went very smooth. The cottage was in a great location, close to the beach and within a good distance of all the local towns. We loved our stay and would definitely look to stay again if we are in the area.

We had a great stay at Ginger’s cabin! So cozy and charming! It was very clean, located in a quiet area, and a short drive to many OBX attractions. We felt immediately at home & it was a great way to kick off the holiday season! Our dogs had a great time as well.

This adorable A-frame is just steps away from the beach! Celebrated husband’s December birthday - we were lucky to have perfect weather for long walks on the beach. Don’t expect fancy accommodations- this is a vintage, modest beach cottage. Comfortable, clean furnishings and the amazing location made Perriwinkle the perfect getaway place for us. Thank you, Jim and Tia! We’ll be back!
