Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ko Pha-ngan District

Having spent a lot of time on KP and having seen & lived in quite a few different homes here I would highly recommend Matilda’s place. Benefits being: it’s private and located in a walled garden. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen is lovely. Bathroom is lovely. Huge living and dining room to relax in. Mosquito screens on all windows and doors were also a major plus. Matilda herself is very friendly and check in was easy. Location is a bit out of the way but we know the island well so that wasn’t a surprise to us. Only takes 10-15 mins to reach the more popular places. Only thing I would say is the second bed is suitable for children but not the best for adults for longer than a few nights. Over all: would definitely recommend.

our stay was simply AMAZING!!!! the villa is really beautiful and has such an amazing interior design. Additionally it was very clean and during our 4 weeks of stay we got cleaning service once a week and clean towels every few days. The owner lives also right next to the house and was always available when we needed support. The cherry o the top was the drinking water supply that is included and also the great coffee machine (not to forget also to mention the Netflix account for rainy days ;) one little remark but this did not bother us is that the location is not the one as on the map so you definitely need a scooter - but if you have one you are pretty fast to get to Srithanu in a few minutes. Thanks a lot for making our stay so wonderful....we will definitely come back and can recommend everyone to experience this beautiful villa

Oh my gosh. No photo or video will ever do this place justice. An incredible structure architecturally speaking, in a beautiful setting, placed sympathetically and in harmony with its surroundings (give or take 90°, eh Laurent? 😉). As is obvious when one walks around, the place is easily big enough to house 15 or more people for any number of reasons. Similarly though, my time was spent here with just one friend and was every bit as rewarding. I have travelled all over Southeast Asia, including Thailand, extensively over the last 25 years or so. Something I’ve learned over the years as I have wandered around the world; ‘Enjoy travelling but don’t forget to arrive.’ The romance and the excitement and the sense of adventure can easily cause one to miss the fact that you have already found what it was that you were looking for in your travels. For me, it doesn’t get better than this. We cancelled all other plans and as I write this review, are waiting to return there tomorrow.

It was really a fantastic stay for us. There were two of us there and we had almost 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There was nothing missing - a quite friendly and helpful staff, two very clean rooftop jacuzzis with a stunning view of the night sky. The location is very quiet in nature, the only thing you hear are the animals there. The screens with the beamers were a highlight for us, among other things, as well as the beautiful, large, well-kept pool. We felt at home! We would always come back and recommend this great place to stay to everyone! What was also particularly great was the delivery service of a Thai restaurant with delicious Thai food - it is delivered directly to the accommodation and is also not overpriced. We have nothing to complain about - it was just perfect!

The Montra Resort is a very comfortable, well-priced hotel. The rooms are huge and the double king-sized beds are vast! We were made very welcome and the staff loaded us and our bags onto the complimentary taxi/pick-up to the ferry pier - a short distance away. There is a very relaxing-looking pool, central within the complex. We did not dine at the hotel but there are ample quality restaurants within short walking distance. We would particularly recommend the cafe/ice-cream bar "This is a book!" with a very welcoming hostess.

Very nice modern place to stay. Easy to find and hassle-free contact. The only drawback: Next to the back third bedroom, there is a small room with a generator or the like, which is extremely noisy at night. So if you have problems with noise, it's better to take Oropax with you. Otherwise, everything is great!

We had an amazing time at the Exotic Villa. Our host Amm was really supportive and kind. They are able to organize everything you need during your stay like scooter rental, taxi service or even massage at the Villa. We felt at home on holiday and will definitely come back.

The house was just like the photos, the location, the view was great. But you should risk going up a steep hill for this view, it's worth it. If you have your own vehicle, that won't be a problem anyway. It was a great convenience for us to pick up Pui from the harbor, we were able to stop by the grocery store on the way. They didn't turn down our request to check out late from the house, although there was a mishap about the hot water, we were resolved. We had a nice experience, we loved the house. Great villa, really great everything, close to one of the best restaurants on the island. The only thing that bummed me that there was no protector in the living room. But beyond that the villa is really great
