We enjoyed the days so much! Everything was perfect. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. The hostess was always very quickly available and was immediately available for all questions and concerns:) very great recommendation!

We had a fantastic stay with our two children (14 & 11) and the villa was in a perfect location. Joh & Vincent were both very helpful at all times and we had a brilliant stay for 4 days. Would highly recommend. Very modern and clean.

We stayed with a couple of friends in the accommodation and it was an absolute dream. Luxury accommodation and the view is second to none. Can absolutely recommend this place, especially the beds are more than comfortable for Thailand.

We had an absolutely relaxing time and enjoyed the villa very much. The outdoor feeling was a new and special experience for us. If we come back to the island, it's just to stay there. Best regards, Susanna & Stéphane

I ‘ ve been in Koh phangan many times and booked different villas but this one in absolutely was the best I ever booked . First of all thanks to Anna (the manager) that was always available for any request and helpful. Second my congratulations to the owner (a French lady I didn’t have the pleasure to meet) for her wonderful taste in the decoration of the house . Every details , every corner of the house is amazing. You won’t stay just in a villa you will experience a charming house with a mix of Thai and Balinese style . We spent a wonderful week there and I am sure we will come back soon . When an owner is putting her heart inside a house you can fill it . My congratulations !

My stay at Gecko Beach Villas was fantastic. The villa felt welcoming and comfortable, just steps from the beach with beautiful sea views. While Hin Kong Beach is shallow, it’s swimmable at times - a pleasant surprise! Pam was an outstanding host, always responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations and assisting with transport. The location is ideal, with massage salons, restaurants, bars, cafes, and even a 7/11 within walking distance. Indigo Cafe nearby is a gem, serving excellent coffee specialties and a variety of Asian and Western dishes. The on-site staff were friendly yet discreet, providing daily cleaning services - a great bonus for Airbnb stays. The combination of the serene beachfront setting, thoughtful amenities, and Pam’s exceptional hospitality made this one of my best experiences. I’ll definitely return to relax by the beach and enjoy this wonderful place again. Thank you, Pam!

The island of Kho Phangan is super nice, but in addition to staying in JC's villa was pure happiness, a real haven of peace, a comfortable, super well-maintained home with the bonus of cleaning done every day. The large terrace and pool are a big plus to end the day in style!! JC is a very nice and warm person, knowing how to be present, as you should. Loved our stay. I would highly recommend.

Apartment is on the smaller side, but exactly as advertised. Location is very central and area is very safe.

Excellent sunset and great way to spend the time recharging batteries in Thailand!

10/10 – An Outstanding Experience! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The place was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay – they even provided transportation wherever we needed to go, which was incredibly convenient. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome. Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would absolutely come back again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

The photos didn’t do the villa justice, it was a beautiful villa with very nice views. Most the rooms had a sea front view and beds were very comfy while also all being very spacious (there was 8 of us) Would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone. Lee was also very helpful and informative while also being very quick to respond on the air bnb app whenever we needed any question answering like where to rent mopeds and paddles boards. 5 stars!

Amazing villa with a wonderful floor to ceiling window view! The host went out of their way to make our experience excellent. The host provided transportation all over the island, coordinated a luxury boat for a snorkeling excursion, and was very helpful with recommendations. I was very impressed with the host’s responsiveness, helping with each need we had. We loved all the details, from a stocked fridge at local prices, to family games, to fresh croissants, to great amenities in the bathroom. This host really treats travelers well!

Spacious and squeaky clean! Seb and Olivia exceeded our expectations and have thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and easy. They are super friendly, very responsive and offer a comprehensive list of local recommendations. They helped us out with a scooter hire and transport to and from the pier and even organised our laundry to be cleaned. The villa is exactly as pictured and we were delighted to discover just how private it is. The area itself is beautiful. We highly recommend Salad Beach for a swim and enjoy the local restaurants and fire show on the beach. We enjoyed the mornings on the scooter exploring the beaches and the afternoons back at the villa for icey cold drinks by the pool before heading out to the wonderful restaurants nearby. We would absolutely return to Seb and Olivia’s villa next time we come to Koh Phangan. Thank you for making our stay just that bit extra special

We stayed 4 wonderful days in this lovely villa. It is nicely located for itself high on the mountainside, so the view here is absolutely incredible (ps: watch the sunset from the villa rather than go to a paid view point on the island - the view is best here). There is a long steep staircase up to the villa from the parking, but we took that as a nice opportunity to get in some exercise! The villa had everything we needed for kitchenware and other necessities - and the host had bought water and other drinks that we could take from the fridge. We started and ended every day with a delicious dip in the pool overlooking the city, Last night we rented chef for the Villa who cooked amazing Thai food for us, which we got to enjoy on the terrace. All in all, delighted with your stay and highly recommend booking this one.

Great stay with amazing view and hosts

This place is even better than the photos—truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we’d stepped into a private paradise in the jungle. The villa is stunning: the design, the furniture, the laid-back chill areas, and those never-ending sunsets… absolutely breathtaking. It’s way more spacious than it looks in the photos, and the peaceful location made it feel like we had our own little slice of heaven. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Julien has been a fantastic host, and getting to meet Julien, Celine, and their beautiful child made the whole experience even more special. Their warmth and hospitality added such a lovely personal touch. We were genuinely sad to leave, but would recommend this place to everyone. Whether you're after relaxation, inspiration, or just a unique escape—this is the spot. Thank you, Julien and Celine—you guys are awesome!

We had a really nice stay! A cozy, welcoming clean and beautiful house and a attentive host. Asaf made sure we were not missing out on anything. He was communicative, on point and really helpful. Zero issues with anything regarding the Check In, Check Out or with the AirBnB itself. The house was quiet, and a gem to relax. The outside area with kitchen and pool and a roof to even relax outside while listening to the rain napping in the hammock was amazing. Modern, but not too modern. Small but not too small. It got me inspired. Really good restaurants just 5 mins by scooter. In general great stay. Would also stay here for couple of months.
