What a lovely stay we had here! The log cabin itself is stunning and beautifully furnished - super cosy! We stayed here in midwinter so we were surrounded by a gorgeous winter wonderland. Excellent location, set back from the road but very close to supermarket and places to organise your outdoor adventures. Very close to Ruka ski resort. Rami’s communication with us was brilliant, we didn’t need to ask him anything as everything was covered.

It was our second time in this house. Everything was amazing! It is a beautiful place en very quiet. The surrounding are very nice. The house has everything you need. Riitta is a very kind host! We definitely will come back! Thank you so much.

Perfectly equipped great & wonderful hideaway! Everything was as described & I loved going to sauna, bathing in the lake & showering outdoor under the starry sky. Wild berries for breakfast everywhere and right in front of the door. Great hiking trails (Riisintunturi & Oulanka National Park) within 1 - 1.5 h drive away. I would definitely recommend this cottage & thanks again to Maiju for sharing this wonderful place with me!

Our stay here was just perfect! The hot tub overlooking the starry sky and the new sauna are definitely a super plus here and the money for the place is totally worth it. Hans is an indescribably nice host, he helped us with all things and gave helpful tips on excursions, etc. We can definitely recommend a vacation to come to rest and explore the area around Ruka from the heart!

Simply the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever been able to stay in! Quiet and magical location between forest and lake. Modern, well thought out and very well-equipped accommodation (the comfort of underfloor heating combined with the natural heat of the fireplace😍) We were looking forward to finding the comforts of this amazing home every night. Thank you for allowing us to discover Lapland in these exceptional conditions, we only want to come back!

Marja was a very welcoming and caring host. She advised us on things to do during our stay and even lent us her cross-country skis and snowshoes for us to try. She even picked us up by car at the end of a long hike when we stayed after sunset. Lots of beautiful hikes to do in this peaceful place where calm reigns. Thanks again to Marja for her welcome:) .

We had a great stay at Petri’s place. Communication was always fast and reliable, and the accommodation met our expectations. Everything went smoothly. We’d be happy to stay again in the future!

Very good apartment in a good location. Extra high grade goes to cleaness of the apartment,very good kitchen and hospitality. I had some issues with the car, and the host was very friendly and gave a phone number of a friend so that I could check the car on Sunday
