Great, peaceful location close to the main road where you can find shops and cafes and restaurants. It's about 20 mins walk to the sea. We stayed 4 people and we were happy.

The accommodation matches the photos and description perfectly. Ideal for a couple, the place is quiet and close to several shops about 2 min walk. 5 min walk to bus stop to go to Antalya city center and well served by several buses. Konyaalti beach is a 15-minute walk (where there are paid and free areas), the water is very hot for the month of September. The accommodation is cool because it is on the ground floor inside overlooking a private garden, we did not need to put the air conditioning on (outside it was 35-37°). Possibility to use the table and chairs in the garden (common area with other apartments). We had soft towels, the hot water worked perfectly. The host was very responsive and flexible, we highly recommend it. We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. We would happily stay again! Thank you.

This place has exceeded my expectations. We were given room 15 located on the lower floor (around 1m above the ground). The room was actually bigger than appeared on the photos with two double beds. Kitchen, washing machine, fridge, heating — everything was working perfectly. The internet connection was good at around 40mbps. Very clean flat, towels and disposable slippers provided, laundry powder available on request. It is also very close to the sea, supermarkets (101, migros) and several good restaurants. The host was very quick to reply and accommodating. The only downside was that I was not sure how to lock the balcony door. I would definitely recommend if this is within your budget.

very cozy apartments. it was clean. friendly staff. cleaning every two days. but there was no salt, dishwashing detergent or rag in the kitchen, no shower gel in the bathroom. Quiet location, 15 minutes walk to the beach. we recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Fatih's apartment in early October 2024. The place was so cozy and welcoming, with super comfortable beds and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Our six-year old son especially loved it. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the sea, with plenty of shops and cafes around. We even found a few coffee spots with nice specialty coffee nearby. Fatih was always friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice place, clean enough. The host allowed us to check-in earlier. It is worth noting that there are several apartments in this complex, they are all similar, but slightly different. There is an oven in the photo, where we were not checked in. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The sea is easily accessible by foot.

The location was very nice and I can say that it is the best place I stayed in cleaning, and this will definitely be my choice for my next stay in Antalya, and Mr. Doğaç answered my questions and helped me extremely quickly.

Mr. Ismail's house is quiet as described and a little away from the place. The view is fantastic! We found everything we needed, the kitchen is very well equipped, all the details are correct. Mr. Ismail was always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the internet kept going down. Mr. Ismail even had the router replaced, but unfortunately it didn't help. He took great care! Everything else was really great! We will be happy to come back and were very satisfied. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Lovely spacious apartment comfortably fitting 9 people. All amenities are in working condition. Very responsive and friendly host. Quiet location, 5 mins walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Lovely balcony with lots of plants and lots of space up on the roof. On the recommendations side, it would be great to have another set of house keys as at times it was difficult to coordinate among the 9 of us. It would be great if the upstairs bathroom was renovated a bit (e.g. black mould on the silicone could be replaced). All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back here. The apartment is located ~7 minutes walk from the sea. There are delicious cafes and cozy coffee shops, shops, pharmacies nearby. It takes about 1.5 hours to walk to the old town, but it is a pleasure to walk: first along the sea, then along the rocks, where there are observation decks. Furkan is a very kind, responsive host. He responds quickly and there were no problems in communication. Minor disadvantages: - there is hot water only in the shower. Since we were there in winter and it was quite cold outside, this is a small minus for us, but this is explained by the fact that this is a southern country; - the rubber band in the washing machine is covered with a small black mold. Overall, I can recommend the apartment for a long term.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to Fevzi for helping us make precious memories in Italy! I stayed in this house for 5 days in Antalya. It was the first time I've seen such a kind and considerate host while traveling. Fevzi was a more mannerly and warm person than any host I've ever met. Cleanliness: 5/5 The inside of the house was really clean and there was nothing to find fault with. The bathroom had everything you needed. The fridge and washing machine also work well. Location: 5/5 There are two grocery stores within a 2-3 minute walk, and there are quite a few good restaurants. The beach is also a 10-minute walk away. And it's very, very safe! 💫☺️ I didn't feel any danger while walking at night. This neighborhood was very tidy and they all looked like new apartments. Wifi: 4/5 The wifi isn't that fast, but there's no problem at all with staying. Communication: 5/5 Fevzi was quick to reply and always asked about us and worried about us. Fevzi attended a medical seminar, so we didn't see each other and I was disappointed. Hülya is a wonderful host. she helped us with all our questions and explained well. The communication with Google translate went smoothly. We could use everything in the apartment and felt at home. I recommend Hülya with 6 stars.

Had a lovely stay, the hosts are very kind and responsive - just be careful that while the location is amazing, it gets really loud even at night so that we had to adjust the first few nights to come to terms with the noise.

The place was at a stone’s throw away from the beach. We had a change in our itinerary and Kartal was really helpful by accommodating an early check-in for our group. The apartment was clean and as described. Beautiful sea view.
