Holiday rentals with beach access in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

Perfect accommodation for two people, impeccable cooperation and hospitality from Evangelos, clean space and equipped with all the necessary items, close access to the center of Kos town. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much Vangelis.

The apartment is located close to the bus terminal, making it a great place to visit all the places. There are many restaurants and markets nearby that are open until late at night, so you will have no trouble finding something to eat or shop at. The room was very clean and comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed catching up with our neighbors while drinking coffee on the terrace outside! The owner was very kind and friendly, and made sure we got to our room safely! If I visit Bodrum again I will definitely stay here!

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here and was able to make use of its kitchen for cooking and also for the marina down the street for any of my shopping needs. It was a peaceful area and would definitely recommend to others.

The apartment is new and is in a quiet location. The accommodation has everything you need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thank you again for the great stay.

The free house we preferred for our Bodrum holiday was excellent. Every detail was considered for a comfortable life at home. The bathroom was clean. The bed linens were backed up and clean. You can easily park your car in a very central location in the center of Bodrum, a sheltered and very cute house, the front back garden is very tidy and clean, the host, Mr. Murat, would recommend if you want to feel at home

Mr. Fikret was a very sensitive, helpful and understanding host. He responded to our requests instantly. When we told him we would be arriving early he told us that the house was available and that you could get in early. It was very important to me to see that satisfaction, not money, was on the top plan. We had a great holiday as a family and will stay again next year. Mr. Fikret is now our friend in Bodrum because the cleaning of the🥰 house; our need for water, tea , coffee was met immediately. In short amazing house and amazing host👏👏👏

The house is located next to the sea, 5 minutes to the beach . The hostess provided everything necessary for the guests. We felt at home. All issues were resolved quickly with the help of Söhret. We were very satisfied with our stay at Söhret. Thanks for everything.

A lovely apartment with beautiful grounds and swimming pool to enjoy during the day. Turkbuku sea front with its restaurants and bars only 5 minutes walk away Steve and Melike were perfect hosts helping with any questions or issues. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely stay again when we return to Bodrum.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

First of all, as soon as we entered the house, the host introduced the house and places to go near the house, such as a tourism guide, and it was warm. The energy of the house warmed us, we will come back again

Great place, perfect location! Just a quick walk to the local shops, bars, and restaurants. Close enough to get to the local beaches! Quiet and peaceful. Really lovely neighbourhood.

Jenny's place was great in every way. The house had plenty of everything you needed. All rooms and bathroom were spotless. It was within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and the center in terms of location. She hosted us great and prepared special little surprises for us. We are so happy to have met her. It was our best ever airbnb experience ❤️

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

Our stay in the appartment was really nice and as beautiful as we expected from the pictures. Everything is well thought through and comfortable. The host is so nice and very quick with communication. He even went to all the trouble of finding a yoga mat for me when I asked if I could lend one. We got some drinks in the fridge when we arrived and there is plenty of information on things to do and places to go to. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook some simple things (no oven though). The terrace is very beautiful to sit in but you should not be sensitive to a little bit of noise. The area is not in the direct center but there is a playground opposite the appartment which is mostly frequented at night with children in many different age groups and the motorrollers and cars that drive through the street are sometimes very loud. We got used to it after a day and it was fine. Other than that the location is perfect, it’s a one minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of nice beach locations to choose from. The centre of town with the harbor is also just a 5-10 min walk away and if you want to rent a bike or a car there are many places just around the corner. Taxi to the bus station cost us 10€, otherwise it’s a 20 min walk. Bus to the airport is 3,20€. All in all a wonderful spot for a vacation! Would definitely recommend and come again.

Perfect accommodation in the center of Kos city, we had a great time during our 4 weeks in October/November. Tidy, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, calm, spacious, good broadband, nice balcony and a nice welcome of Manolis and his wife. We are happy to come back next time we are at Kos.

I had an amazing stay in Kos, all thanks to my wonderful hosts. Super friendly, helpful, easy to reach and eager to help, both through messages and in person, thus making me feel very welcome and my stay as smooth as possible. The place was more than I expected. Clean, beautiful, very spacious, fully equipped and just as pictured; I felt right at home. In the kitchen, one will find bottled water, juice, snacks as well as spices and more, always close at hand. Check-in and check-out times were super flexible, which is also a big plus. Great stay overall! Pantelena's and husband's hospitality made my visit truly special, and I wish I could have stayed longer. It's a great place to stay so I recommend it hands down and would certainly visit again. Highly recommended!
