Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Krk

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Alen welcomed us in a very friendly way, showed us all the rooms and provided us with many tips for the vacation. The house is extremely clean and well maintained, the kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. A special highlight were our duels at the foosball table! The house is on the one hand quiet and somewhat secluded, on the other hand beautiful beaches and sights are easy and quick to reach by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Alen as a host.

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

We had a really nice holiday week ! The house sits very quietly in the countryside on the edge of the forest with clean pool and practical chic furnishings. Labin is less than 10 minutes by car. It is possible to hike or cycle away from the house. Thomas is super nice and helpful ! We would definitely stay there again!!

We had a great stay at Lara’s house. House is nice and cozy and it is even better than in photos. We really like the location and surroundings. There was a lot of snow when we were there and there is a great spot for sledding in backyard. We had so much fun and I would recommend Lara’s house to everyone.

we had a lovely time in this house, a little hidden in a village near Rijeka. this house is ideal for visiting the area in Croatia as well as in Slovenia as in Italy. Despite these few electric curiosities, the house is perfectly functional. Host deserves their Superhost title. He is very responsive and gave us a very nice meal that he made in his restaurant. We slept very well. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the TV as we do not speak Croatian, but I think for people who speak Croatian, the installation is ideal. the wifi worked very well. I would recommend this place for a great value.

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

We had a wonderful time in Josefina's apartment. It is located in a quiet location, the city of Krk and thus the shopping facilities can be reached in 5-7 minutes by car. The view from the balcony is super nice, the apartment is well-equipped and clean, fresh towels are brought by every 3 days. The pool was a highlight in the heat. We would definitely choose this apartment again on our next visit to Krk. Many thanks to Josefina and Silvija, who were always available to us and responded quickly to any concerns. We had a great time at Barbara's. Beautiful apartment, very peaceful surroundings. Barbara is a phenomenal host, she was very friendly, gave us a bunch of info about walking and hiking routes, got us some welcome gifts! Surely we'll come back! 10/10

The accommodation was beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. Pero is incredibly friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. We will definitely come back!

The place was great. We were greeted by Erika's mom who nicely accommodated us and showed us around. We were greeted by a pleasant and above all warm room heated by a wood stove. Since it was snowing the day before, the view from the window was like from movies. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A definite recommendation to everyone.

Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

Nadan was very responsive, and had always great advice whenever I had a request. The apartment has an excellent location with a little view to the sea. The old town and the beach are only 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes by foot. Everything was clean and comfortable. One of the beds was even extra large, and the balcony was bigger than expected. We felt really at home, and enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend to anyone!

Bozana is a very nice host. The apartment is big enough for 2 families (4 adults and 2 children) , is clean and at 12-14 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. It will be our first choice if we will come back to Krk island.

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Sara. The location as well as the house were as described and easily accessible. Damir gave us some tips on restaurants, beaches and activities. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

We spent a very relaxing week with family in Gverino's beautiful stone house. The house has a very nice location at the very end of the vacation home settlement directly by the forest. Behind the house is a well-kept garden with an old olive grove, to the front is the view of the Adriatic with sunrise over Cres. To get to the nearest towns you need a car and drive a quarter of an hour. The roads are easy to drive, a parking space right behind the house. The house is very tastefully renovated. The stairs between the floors are a little steep but very well built, no problem for us. We enjoyed the time on the two terraces overlooking the sea, walking through the beautiful Mediterranean forest with laurel, sage and juniper down to the secluded bay and cooking together in the rustic kitchen of the house. A beautiful place that I would like to visit again.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away

Beatiful villa in Southern Istria, well equipped, with a beatiful garden and a large swimming pool. We were a group of two families with kids that stayed there for a week and we felt like at home. Both adults and kids loved the house, we enjoyed spending lazy afternoons at the pool and evenings doing BBQ and cooking pizzas in the outdoor dinner lounge. The only negative aspect is that there are limited things to do in the area. I recommend beach Školjić the nicest beach in the surroundings, worth a 2.5km walk from the house. There is a limited restaurants offering, no bars and only a small supermarket at 5km. You can find something at Krnica, at 15mins drive. If you want do find more you need to drive 30-45 mins to go to Medulin or Pula. Anyway you’ll spend most of your time on the poolside.
