The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 5 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... Free parking in the old town for all our guests.

Beatiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with a wonderful view. Close to the town, a 10 minute walk with promenade by the sea. The beach Prva Draga is just 3 minutes away with a nice walk. Private parking place is right next by the apartment.
