Villa holiday rentals in Kuşadası

we stayed in the house for 4 people and we were very comfortable, having air conditioning in the house was a huge plus, and the host's father, Uncle Recep, was very interested in us, we can say that we felt exactly like we were in our own home. If we were to come again, we will choose this place without thinking.

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

Easy to reach, close to the Kusadasi center, walking distance to the beach (2 min max) with private grass area, which is the crucial part. House itself is perfect with everything you need. hope to stay again soon..

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

We had a very relaxing holiday where we were full of greenery and blue, 10 minutes walk to the sea, with sweet and helpful neighbors. The interest and helpfulness of host Hamza Bey and Anıl Deniz Bey.

We come to Kusadasi often and like our own home, we undoubtedly prefer Mr. Feridun's house every time. We stay comfortably with our fur girl. It's a nice choice for those who want to relax, work, and get enough of the view. Many thanks to Mr. Feridun.

We had a perfect holiday with 3 nights and 4 days, 8 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs. Only the power outage in the area on the last day caused us a loss for almost half a day, but they made up for it by offering a late checkout alternative. Despite a situation they couldn't help, they came up with a solution.

The house still needs some work, but Overall great experience - The pool is private and very clean . For a crowded family like us this spot was very good . Thank you

We had an amazing week at Ada Blue Holiday Vila . The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The property was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. We loved the pool, the garden. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to come back! The house, the garden and especially the pool were great. We only kept the pool floor of the house. If another large seat is added to the living room of the pool floor, the pool was quite enough for 7 people. (There are also 4 bedrooms on the pool floor with the kitchen, except for the living room.) The garden was spacious and well-maintained. I think that the spaciousness and spaciousness of the garden is an important factor for children's families to prefer this place. Also, the side-by-sided privacy from the house next door and the house at the back is well thought out. We need a second paragraph to mention the pool. It was more beautiful and bigger than what it looked like in the photos. When you left your head as you were swimming in the pool, it was amazing to be able to see the beach, the sea and the island of Samos. This view was getting even better from the hot tub, which you took with the steps inside the pool. There were no shortcomings or negativities: 1- According to the information provided by the host, the villa uses the sebeke water of Kusadasi. Even though we don't use this water to eat and cook, we're talking about a flavor water that will make you sick, even a drop of ducks. The host stated that they will solve this problem by opening a well in the house next season. 2- The internet service provider of the house is very slow. On the day of the 30-50 GB internet capacity and 4G speeds of the phones, we would not have had a big problem with this. Unfortunately, the 4Gs of the phones did not work due to the location of the house. The host has stated that they will definitely address this issue. I would like to acknowledge that we are pleased with the host's adult acceptance of the problems and their prompt, kind communication during the check-in stage. If two problems are resolved on our next season vacation, this villa will be one of the first to look at.

Can was always easily accessible until arrival and always friendly and helpful. There were problems with Can on arrival because I did not agree with the cleanliness of the kitchen. He was very unfriendly at first and was busy. However, he was able to teach himself later and apologize for his behavior. A cleaner came right away and cleaned the kitchen completely. After this small but very intense incident, he was again extremely helpful and very friendly, so we could feel comfortable and enjoy the holiday. The house is in a very well maintained and protected complex with security. It is well equipped and nicely decorated. The pool is very close to the house and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, there were hardly any other people there. We were there for 9 days at the end of August.

Everything was very nice, now we have a house in Kusadasi because it will be the only address we will stay every time we go 👏🏻

We really enjoyed the hospitality, attention and involvement of the host. wonderful villa, good location relative to the sea and shops, and of course closeness to the milli park. thanks for everything - we will definitely come again when we plan a trip to Kusadasi

This is one of the best homestays I stay.First of all the location of the house is very nice, it is only a half hour drive from the national park (there is a very clear beach there) and the two nearest supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk.The host uncle was very friendly and helped us figure it out every time we had a problem.The house is very well equipped for cooking, a TV with a cast screen to watch a movie, the air conditioning is a great job, the best is the pool, it is very clean and cleaned every day.Will stay here again next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’re a family with two kids and the house was great! Kitchen came with good appliances and the bathrooms were well equipped as well. When we arrived everything was clean and tidy. Adavillas always answered quickly through WhatsApp and were always very attentive to our needs. Would definitely love to stay here in the future :)

This villa was like a dream. So spotless and perfect, didn’t have to worry about my kids touching anything dirty or dangerous. Park and pool for kids in backyard are super clean and well maintained. Host was super friendly and even thought ahead and bought water for us when we arrived. He helped order food and took us to the store so we could get a few things. Overall super friendly and I very very very highly recommend. Also, unlike previous reviews, there were plenty of toilet paper and towels for everyone 🤣. If you’re looking for an amazing, easy going and hygienic experience.. then book this villa! If I could give it 10 ⭐️ I would!!! Thank you

The house was as it appeared from the photos, the host was quick to return to all of our messages and helpful. We had to check-in late but it wasn't a problem and we were able to get into the house quickly. The pool was nice and clean, the rooms had air conditioning and the sheets were clean. In summary, everything was nice and easy to get to many places.
