Apartment holiday rentals in Kyiv

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alex and Eugene’s condo in Kyiv! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after exploring the city. The central location made it so convenient to visit all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops—everything was just a short walk or quick ride away. Getting into the condo was a breeze, with clear and simple instructions provided. The space itself was cozy, beautifully maintained, and well-heated, which made it a perfect retreat after a day out in the chilly Kyiv weather. Alex and Eugene were fantastic hosts, attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kyiv!

Great quirky flat in amazing location in Podil, even sorted me out with a new key when I lost one. Some issues occasionally with the water supply but seemed to be an issue with the whole building rather than the apartment

The place was perfect. It is the best view in entire Kyiv. I’ve never seen better in the city. The place is gorgeous, it is comfortable, enough for 1 person to leave fully. Andrii is so proactive and easy-going, resolved all my asks in few days, so I can say that it was great communication. I would love to stay there more, as the view, the atmosphere, the apartment, so cool.

Snizhana is an excellent host; helpful and supportive. Tidy and neat apartment in a very good location. I was there over a month and will certainly stop again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommended. Все буде Україна!

Nice, spacious and clean apartment, with a baby was much more comfortable than a hotel. Nearby there are two metro stations, shops, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. The owner provided extremely clear check-in instructions and general rules. There are only positive experiences left. Thank you Artem for your hospitality, the next time you visit Kiev, this place will be the first in search.

I really liked the apartment, the view from the window is simply incredible. My husband and I liked the idea with two sinks, I didn't even imagine it was so convenient :) Elevators in the house are on generators, which is cool given the high floor. Natalia was very kind and agreed to connect the gpon to the apartment, which came in handy when the lights were turned off, for which I thank you again! We were left with a positive experience

Amazing appartment with such a personal touch. It was nice to see all the books, paintings, little details. Completely my vibe and aesthetics. I felt like home immediately. The area is really nice with a lot of restaurants and walkable distance to the city center. I had an amazing weekend and will not hesitate to stay again in this place. Mariia was very approachable and provided quick response to any requests that appeared during the stay.
