Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Kyiv

Great quirky flat in amazing location in Podil, even sorted me out with a new key when I lost one. Some issues occasionally with the water supply but seemed to be an issue with the whole building rather than the apartment

I can not flaw this accommodation, everything I needed was provided, super clean, Sergij is very friendly, helpful and responsive host, pleasure to deal with - I can not recommend him enough, if I could give him more stars would and will definitely look no further and reserve this place for the duration of my next visit to Kyiv. For me this place was perfect, but it is worth mentioning that the apartment is located on the forth floor and won’t be suitable for people with disabilities.

The place was perfect. It is the best view in entire Kyiv. I’ve never seen better in the city. The place is gorgeous, it is comfortable, enough for 1 person to leave fully. Andrii is so proactive and easy-going, resolved all my asks in few days, so I can say that it was great communication. I would love to stay there more, as the view, the atmosphere, the apartment, so cool.

Our stay in Kyiv was great. The apartment was just as shown in the pictures – clean, comfortable, and well-located. Ian, the host’s husband, was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for local dining and even a table tennis club, which turned out to be a fun and unexpected highlight of our trip. We would love to come back, maybe in the summer next time. Highly recommended!

great place. recommend. the apartment has absolutely everything you could need during your stay (from kitchen utensils to a small charging station, which by the way was very appropriate when shutting downs). the host Lisa is friendly, proactive and quick to respond to messages.

A delightful accommodation located in a peaceful area not far from a park and a lake but also conveniently located near main roads so you can quickly get to where you need to go. The host is very responsive and hospitable.

Great location! It's a short walk to the most important attractions. The apartment corresponds to the photos. Vitaliy quickly answers all questions, very pleasant communication. If you are traveling with children, please note that there is no elevator here.
