Where to begin, this house is incredible! We had the best stay here for a long weekend celebrating a birthday with friends. Alfredo, Olga, and Gris were an outstanding addition to the house itself. We took advantage of their cooking, got help with a boat rental and more. The pool was the perfect size for our group and we loved having breakfast in the open air. Don't hesitate to book!

Spacious area for our group. Large rooms with plenty of storage space. The pool and hot tub were a plus, especially since there is no bath tub as noted. However, I think the hot tub is heated on a timer, was nice and hot in the evening but luke warm in the morning. Simple walk to town and the beach but far enough away you don't hear the late night sounds. But you do hear the roosters start around 5am. Daily housekeeping and pool/landscape guys stopped by twice but we were out and about, so not invasive at all and was nice to have a clean place to return to after a long day in the sun. Great communication with the house team, very friendly with lots of info and let us know about events happening during our trip. Such a wonderful place to stay, can't wait to return!

Mark and his team went above and beyond for our family! I would highly recommend staying at this place and would definitely do so again. Mark was overly communicative and never did I have to ask them for information, as it was in the desire or in the messages that came leading up to the trip. Perfect place for a family, each room was its own mini suite. Plenty to do in the area, especially with the Guide that was left behind for us. Thank you Mark and Team!

This place is a gem. We loved the multiple common spaces (indoors and outdoors) for hanging out, the great location walkable to zona romantico, the terrific help from Giovanni, the privacy of our space—all of it. A memorable stay.

This place was an absolute dream to stay in. The view is incredible, the staff are wonderful - every meal they cooked and prepared was delicious. It’s walking distance (up and down a hill but there are stairs that make it easier) to the boardwalk, night clubs, beaches, shopping, etc. I would highly recommend!

This is the second time we've stayed at Lesley's, and it won't be the last. The space is extraordinary: a spacious, comfortable and equipped home with everything you need, from a pool to terraces ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the sea is unbeatable, and it also has a perfect area to walk with our pets. I traveled with my family and my two dogs, and it was a perfect place for everyone. Lesley always has special details for everyone and also for our pets, which we highly value. Your attention and hospitality are exceptional, which is why we decided to return. This is a stunning home in a great location. It's just at the edge of the Zona Romatica, up a hill and a little and a short walk to everything. The house itself is large, with a wonderful open area, perfect for our family group. The pool was a great temperature and size, and was sparkling without any chlorine smell. The 5 bedrooms are beautiful and large, so everyone has a comfortable place to get away. The highlight of this home was the staff. The chef is world class and the house man is exceptionally professional. Meals at this house were among the best we've ever eaten. Housekeeping was flawless. Keep in mind that the surrounding area is busy and can be noisy. The hotel across the street regularly has techno music playing with a driving bass. For the most part this was fine, but it did occasionally get annoying. Wasn't a big issue (and some days were pretty quiet), but if you are looking for peace and quiet you may want to be aware.

Such a beautiful home in a quiet location. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was amazing! The hike directly from the house to monkey mountain was a highlight of our week.

We absolutely loved our stay at Norma’s house! Would highly recommend and we hope to come back one day! We had 8 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The outdoor space was so perfect for hanging, we loved the private beach and the whole house was just great. We hired Lupita to cook almost every meal and can’t fathom not having done that. Cooking was fabulous and made our lives so easy. Dorian and both our housekeepers were also amazing and just made us feel so at home, well taken care of and relaxed. Norma was very responsive. Can’t say enough great things about this oasis and the people there!

Mark and his crew were kind and easy to work with. The chef who came to make us dinner (recommended by Mark) was amazing. The place was beautiful with the upper outdoor area the best. Less than 5 minutes walk was cafe por favor, which we went to daily. Great coffee and wonderful food. The place is near a number of hotel/resorts so beach access wasn’t the best. There is a small sliver of beach so bring your own beverages and umbrellas otherwise take a quick car to Zona Romantico.

Very good attention from Lulú and her husband, the house is spectacular, surrounded by many green areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Ramiro’s place with our group of 10. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and having the pool to relax in at the end of the day was awesome. Ramiro communicated well and the caretaker was super friendly and accommodating.

Jillian ensures everything we needed was in place, great amenities and location!! We will be back for sure!!

beautiful home and awesome hosts, they gave us clear instructions and communication. checked in frequently and made sure we were comfortable. the house is beautiful, we are young and adventurous so the off the beaten path road and indoor outdoor living concept was right up our ally. place was clean and the pool was awesome!

We had a great time at this place, Diego was very responsive to our questions and made our stay excellent. The place was as advertised with a very nice pool and the main rooms were excellent!! The place was easy to get out of and to as taxis are available 24 hours a day just outside the gate. This is an excellent stay

Amazing place! It's so worth it!

Having Been to San Pancho a few times before, I knew right away that the location of Maria's House was Perfect. 10 Minute walk to the beach and all amenities near by. Fabulous restaurants, cute shops and excellent food markets. The house came equipped with beach umbrella and chairs to take to the beach. Filtered water is provided and there are lots of supplies in the closet- Toilet paper, paper towel and cleaning supplies if needed. The plunge pool was very refreshing and the dining area, cute and cosy. The open - concept living space and terrace provided lots of space to enjoy while at home. The house is equipped with excellent appliances and I especially appreciated the washer and dryer as we were there for 3 weeks and needed to do laundry! The many plants and tasteful decorative touches added to the enjoyment of the space. San Pancho is such a wonderful town to explore and we always discover something new.

Excellent stay to enjoy relaxing, well located to get to know several nice places easy access. Ramiro is always attentive, pending, with good recommendations. Highly recommended!
