Our pet friendly property has been fully renovated, and includes a fenced in area for your dog and chairs to enjoy the sunset views. The well designed kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and washer/dryer as everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is the lower floor of our primary residence, and my family and I live upstairs in a separate unit.

Peaceful Country get away

This apartment is a great getaway! It's is situated in a rural setting, close to lakes, ski areas only 15 minutes to downtown Durango. You can enjoy hiking and snowshoeing out the back door. We have world-class mountain biking only minutes away. It is great for any traveler or nature seeker. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch and watch the deer and incredible sunrises and sunsets. We live on-site and will do whatever it takes to make your time here more than a vacation.

Riverside Retreat-paddling, biking, bird watching

This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. River access is available for paddle boarding the Animas River. You have the spaciousness of being in the country but are less than 5 minutes from the best pizza in town. The Animas City River Trail bike path is directly accessible from the property. You will be able to access through a locked gate and all of downtown is a fun 10-minute bike ride away. Traveling with another couple? Ck out "Get-away by the River"

This apartment is on the 2nd floor of our rec hall. One flight of exterior stairs leads to the apartment. It has a parking spot close to these steps assigned to the apartment. It is a one room apartment with a queen bed, fold out futon and sleeps up to 3. Inside includes: heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fire place, cable TV, free WIFI. Outside there is a private deck with a propane grill. On site coin operated laundry available.

This cute modern style farm house apartment is 850 sq feet, with a cozy queen size bed nook. It is a lower level apartment below our house. It has its own parking, entrance and covered porch with great views of the mountains and big hay fields. We have horses, Nigerian dwarf goats, sheep, chickens and a llama.
