Holiday rentals with a patio in La Plata County

Cozy little condo 12min from the Purgatory resort. The location is easy to access and very quiet. It is part of a the Tamarron resort, with a access to a spa and swimming pool. If you are coming during the winter, the hill facing the balcony is very sleigh-worthy ! The condo is perfect for two people, and is very manageable for four people. Access is only done by (snowy) stairs.

wonderful stay! the place was very clean and had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. the little details (coffee, tea, creamer etc.) were much appreciated and so nice to have. thank you brad & whitney!

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it couldn’t have been better. Angie was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, especially considering we booked last minute. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless. The area was peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. I’m so grateful Angie could host us on such short notice—it truly made our trip memorable. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any additional needs were much appreciated. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Our stay in Durango was nice. The space was beautiful, clean and instructions were clear. Sarah and Karen were both helpful and quick to respond to my messages. We felt just like we were at home.

Hopes place was beautiful and was able to accommodate my friend group of 8 comfortably. it’s nice and spacious, the beds are comfortable. the shower and bathroom are clean and nice, we will definitely be back :)

Chelsea is an amazing host. She responded to all our questions on time. Had a very planned and well thought out experience for guests. She provided everything a traveling guest may need and may even forget to bring. It was an amazing stay experience. we loved the home.

Super cute Airbnb really close to downtown but felt like you were out in the wilderness! This place had everything we needed and was well stocked. The pellet stove was so fun, beds were comfortable and it was overall adorable and super cozy in the wintertime. Would definitely stay here again!

Holly's farm is wonderful. I absolutely love it here. Holly was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when I had to extend my stay to bring my sick dog to the vet in town. I love the peaceful area and the adorable farm animals, all while being convenient to downtown!! I absolutely love it here, 10/10 would recommend!

Marianne is a gracious host. We felt like family. Her communication was amazing and never felt like a bother when we had to ask questions. She embraced our 4 crazy kiddos and we had a great time!! Would definitely come back.

This house is such a cute little house with plenty of beds for friends to stay! I think my favorite part is how you can watch the sunrise and sunsets so clearly from the windows. It’s a pet friendly home with a great backyard for furry friends to play. Thank you Lauren for being a wonderful host!

We absolutely loved our stay! We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and this one is absolutely incredible and made us feel right at home. The location is great and allowed us an easy and scenic drive to Wolf Creek Ski resort as well as Purgatory Ski resort. The amenities were excellent and the home is stocked with anything you could need plus some! The detail and thought put into this home is incredible and it’s absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a family of five and it was perfect for our snowboarding trip. We cooked every meal but 2 and it was very comfortable and clean. Kristina was available for any question we had.

Very clean and nice cozy place to relax and leave your worries elsewhere. Plenty of parking. Just keep an eye out for the deer running around about.

The place is very clean and as described in the photos. However it has many steps to get up to the condo and in the condo so that really needs to be in description because 2 of 4 of us had issues one of us just had ankle surgery and the other one hip issues making walking up and down the many steps not ideal. But her place was great !

Rachel’s place was absolutely perfect for our family’s ski weekend!Easy check-in, well-stocked kitchen, very clean, super comfy king bed! Couch converts nicely into another double bed. You can’t beat the location without paying 3 times as much to stay at Purgatory. Highly recommend and hope to return.

We were in town for a wedding weekend with family near Haviland Lake at Chris Park Campground. My elderly mom requires additional care, so the location was perfect for us. Quick access to the Lake and Campground allowed for mom to attend some events but also have her at home with caregiver while we enjoyed the festivities over the weekend. The home is clean and as represented in the listing photos. The deck connected to the property is wonderful, with forest views and a beautiful meadow below. Floor plan is great with family, dining, kitchen, laundry, full bathroom all downstairs. And bedrooms and another full bathroom upstairs. Morris, the on-site property manager, was proactive, responsive and friendly. Made for a smooth check in and check out. PJ's gourmet market was a bonus, just 10 minutes down the road for groceries, coffee, spirits, and full deli. Highly recommend this place for a quiet get away or family trip.

Wonderful place to stay close to Purgatory. Quite literally a 2 minute walk to the base of the resort, and I'm sure with more snow it would even be ski in/ski out! Had some concern about parking a second vehicle but was quickly handed a parking pass for the main purg lot when I went to pick up the parking pass for the condo, couldn't have been easier!

Great place and stay would definitely go back again in the future.
