Nice appartment in La Rochelle, city center.

New appartment in La Rochelle city-center, neighborhood " St-Nicolas", close to the port and all city commodities ( transportation, restaurants, tourist info center ) The appartment has all amenities, very clean, quiet and highlighted, elevators and private and secured parking spot. One living-room, with TV and sofa-bed ( 1 space ) plus one baby bed. One bedroom with 1 double-bed, one private bathroom. All furniture is new, kitchen has all electronics, plus one laundry machine included.

Vacuum cleaner, iron or washing machine available on request, and/or laundromat in the center of Aytré. Possible parking in front of the apartment. Bikes available - cycling trails 50m away 5 minutes from the ALSTOM site in AYTRE for the reception of workers. 7 nights min in July and August.

Beautiful apartment of 70 square meters refurbished in April 2021. Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of the old town of La Rochelle. Very bright, modern T2 apartment (58m2), classified 4* by Charentes Tourisme on 8/6/2023. This apartment consists of an entrance, living room, open plan kitchen, shower room. Special care is taken in the decoration and equipment of the apartment, to make yourself at home there. Supply of towels and linens. Parking is included in the rental. I will provide you with the map of the public parking of the Old Port which gives you access to a free location.

Beautiful modern & authentic house 8-10 pers.

Beautiful quiet house in the hypercenter, modern and authentic, where young and old will find their happiness (foosball, trampoline, table tennis...). This is our family home, where we meet from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full-time: quality bedding, a latest generation kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between idleness on deckchairs and activities available.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
