Amazing stay at this beautiful hilltop home. Check in was easy and we settled right in. The home was spotless and beds were extremely comfy. The location was perfect for our group, and the views from the pool were amazing. The host Tiffany was very proactive and helpful, giving great instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely recommend.

Great home, great host. My family and I felt very safe and comfortable. Leslie and Jose are very kind and they respond very quickly. I left very important items in their home that I forgot about. They immediately let me know that I had left them and I was able to pick them up.

Michael was a wonderful host and this airbnb was totally worth the weekend trip with my family! They were visiting for the week and it was a nice way to spend in the mountains with them. It was a bummer that we didn’t get to see any snow but the overall views, weather, and space of the area was beautiful. The sauna hot tub area had a couple glass shards and beer caps laying around which made our safety a little wary. The dryer did not work as well as we thought it would so it took a couple loads for our clothes to dry. There was a closet door that was broken down when we got there but the overall house was exactly what we were looking for. The house was spacious and had enough for us to do. We really enjoyed the privacy of the house and the community of being in inner mountains and I think we would come here again if we have the chance. Michael was also pretty responsive when I had questions. Thank you!

This was my second stay at this amazing home, and each time gets better! The house is spacious and easily accommodated our group of 15 people. The view and pool are absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy time together. Miguel continues to improve the property, adding thoughtful touches that make each stay even more memorable. My family loved it, and we're already planning to come back this summer! I mentioned it was my birthday, and Miguel surprised us with cupcakes in the fridge – such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Thank you, Miguel! I can’t recommend this place enough. My family of 15 felt right at home. Had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning. Bill and Priscilla were amazing host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. I 100% recommend this property.

Jana was extremely helpful and welcomed my family with open arms. All of our communication was done through texting in the app, response times never longer than 15 minutes. She even let us borrow a few chairs when we ran out of chairs during our thanksgiving dinner. House was huge and spacious. Plenty of room for large families staying together. A wonderful cabin with a secluded feeling that is peaceful and relaxing. The host was very helpful with check in and information on local businesses. I really enjoyed the stay at the cabin. It offers a warm hot tub, excellent record collection and plenty of movies to choose from. I would visit this cabin again.

2nd stay here. Great for families and a kitchen fitted better than most airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Check-in is a breeze and I felt safe and secure. They changed the code to the door something personal to me and that’s always a weight off my mind. We’re likely to return.

Bryan’s communication was great throughout the trip. Home matches the photos and was very clean, comfortable, and warm. We would book this home again! Bring your own kitchen cookware, if you plan to cook. Spa didn’t warm past bath water temp during our stay. Other than that, beautiful place and response host.

Everything you could need and more! This house is gorgeously decorated and full of such sweet character. Claudia has included so many nice touches. From providing plenty of extra sheets left out to protect furniture so that our dogs can lay with us, all the many kitchen supplies, and plenty of bath products. We really enjoyed cooking in and admiring the large bay windows that brought in so much natural light. The downstairs media room was so spacious, and it was nice having access to the huge fenced in backyard for our dog. I've already recommended this Airbnb to a few friends.

Lovely stay in a charming cottage in the woods. Brewery is a short 1-2 minute walk through the woods. Great amenities and super cozy. Can’t wait for next time!

We wanted a relaxing peaceful weekend to celebrate my mother’s birthday. This place was perfect getaway for our family. Back yard is fenced and has plenty of chill space. Very cozy. Jacuzzi and sauna really hit the spot and the game room was just what we needed to bond and have fun. We will definitely be coming back.

This has been one of THE BEST Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Jennifer is an amazing host, it was great to be able to ask a real quick question and get answers that were not only helpful but quick! This place was so roomy and our whole family enjoyed their stay! We were able to sit and eat and be together even with so many of us there. The rooms are split on the 3 floors, two masters upstairs, one on the main floor and the built bed room and the two Jack and Jill rooms down stairs. Most rooms had access to a balcony which was wonderful as well! Enjoying our mornings out on the balcony with our coffee was AMAZING, you can’t beat the view. We loved it so much we were tempted to stay longer! Definitely will be staying here the next time we come to Lake Arrowhead!

Beautiful place, and great responsiveness.

This place was beautiful for us to stay at. The home was very spacious and is great for a larger group of people, the living room was great to gather in. This home had everything you could need. We forgot a wine opener, they had one, we forgot a cheese grater, no problem. We forgot a pizza cutter and I thought surely this they won’t have, but they ended up having one! I’ve stayed at airbnbs with larger groups where this is not the case and this was definitely a highlight for the stay. This was a great relaxing getaway for my girls trip. We were lucky enough to get snow on one of our nights, we woke up to a beautiful view, it was out checkout and the hosts had someone come to help plow the driveway. They were so friendly and even helped us with our chains and backing out of the steep driveway. Hosts were very responsive and communicated well. Would stay again.

Michael was absolutely amazing . Highly recommend this home . Close to everything house is super clean and have lots of rooms and amenities . Our kids loved the game room and the jacuzzi . Host is super amazing very detailed and very friendly . We also loved the late check out . Will definitely come back

This home was really nice overall. Enough space for 4 cars. All rooms were a good size. The master bedroom has another bedroom attached for kids. Open space in the living room with kitchen. Only complain was the water did not get warm at all in the showers and even sink to wash hands and dishes. I don’t want to imagine how is it to shower during peak winter. Also wish the hot tub and fire pit was a bit more private. Fence is a bit low and can be seen through the drive way as well.

This place was pretty good we went up to big bear to ski and snowboard the place is welcomed with some signs of skiing and stuff and it makes it so cool , but over all this place has everything you need

We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this house was perfect. We did have an unexpected adventure of getting to the house since the road sunk and was unable to be driven on. Steve was quick to inform us and helped figure out a solution for parking so all was good. The house is super cozy with a fireplace on each level. It was very peaceful and quiet which melted the stress away. The location is great too, close to Lake Arrowhead Village for restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such a wonderful location, very spacious for our family of 5 and lots of games to play for all ages. It was the perfect spot with the forest being in the backyard. Our kids loved playing in the open space collecting pine cones, sledding, building a snowman and having snow all fights. Will definitely return!

Kat’s place was nothing short of fantastic! Perfectly fit our group of 8 for my fiancé’s birthday weekend in Big Bear. They loved the pool room and the split levels and the heaters worked so well for those cold nights. The fireplace was well kept and the kitchen fully stocked! We made great use of the spa out back and the ample parking made the trip go a lot smoother. Situated in a great neighborhood so close to the village AND the mountain for snowboarding was unbeatable. Would highly recommend The Nut House to anyone going to big bear!

Ryan and Rosie's place was so nice and comfortable! The beds and pillows were amazing! They were also super communicative and accommodating to our every request!

Nina’s home is the most beautifully crafted and decorated place that we have stayed thus far. Her eye for interior design is apparent and her attention to detail is unmatched. My wife and I cannot wait to come back some day!

Great host. We really enjoyed the stay. location was safe, quiet, and peaceful. The home was clean and very comfortable. This will be the first place I look to if I'm back in the area.
