Holiday rentals with beach access in Lake Bolsena

Maria Franca is a very good and helpful host, she provided us with excellent directions and suggestions on the spot. The house is very clean and matches the photos, the lake view is exceptional, we will definitely be back.

My husband Matteo, my two children and I stayed in Giulio's chalet from May 26 to 28, 2023 and we had a really great time. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, with a well-kept lawn, a stone's throw from the lake. For those traveling with children or teenagers, the place allows children to have fun and parents to relax, there is the possibility to use a very nice swimming pool and soccer goals (my children spent wonderful days between soccer, lake and swimming pool). It's a place for those who love silence and uncrowded spaces, at least now in May there were very few people. By car, you can easily visit the various towns and eat in delicious restaurants. Giulio is a considerate and kind host, we will certainly be back!

Beautiful accommodation with manicured garden and pool, immersed in greenery, for a break of tranquility. Annemie and Vincent's home offers well-kept and comfortable spaces, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable, there are all the necessary amenities. We and our children greatly appreciated the opportunity to experience the garden, which is really very well-kept, with particular corners, in an area that is always ventilated in this hot August area.

We had an amazing stay! The place was cozy, had everything we needed and was Perfect to relax. The beach is just a 30 minutes walk away and the supermarket a short car drive. The highlight was Nonna Maria—she was the sweetest, always making sure we felt at home. Her warmth and kindness made the experience even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

A perfect stay for those looking for relaxation and nature! The accommodation is a short walk from the lake, a priceless location for those who love walking or simply enjoying the view. The tranquility of the place is a great point in its favor, ideal for getting away from the daily routine. One of the aspects we appreciated is the equipped outdoor area, also perfect for those traveling with their dog. In addition, the host Marta was extremely kind and helpful, allowing us to leave the house well after check-out time, which made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for a refreshing getaway.

the house is very nice and inside a very quiet residence. the sea, a stone's throw from the house, offers a beach service with sun loungers and umbrellas owned by the residence and therefore free for guests. The residence is quiet although a little isolated but, a few minutes away by car, you can reach the village of Pescia Romana where there are some shops and a well-stocked supermarket. Flavio was a kind and considerate host giving us all the support we needed to make the most of our vacation.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Lauras house. Laura was an amazing host, very responsive and helped us with any issues we had. The location is great - only a 10 minute walk to the beach, overall a wonderful stay and home.

This week-end at Maurizio and Sandra's house was great! The place is perfect for a few days with friend or family, enjoying the comfort of nature and the pool. Our hosts were very flexible for checkin and checkout, and we had a great time there! I strongly recommend it.

The photos are not accurate - it was better! We came in winter time and still it was beautiful and we had a great time! The location is incorrect in the air bnb app - it is literally on the lake! With a tiny boat a swing 2 sunbathing chairs and a grill for self use. Nice host with a warm welcome - he cared a lot about our stay. We had such a nice time and the view! Wowww!

Francesca is a very sweet host. We arrived earlier and that was no problem. She had tips for nice restaurants, we were given a tour of her house, clear instructions about the park and so on. The house is in a beautiful well maintained park and the beach is fantastic. The garden of the house is wonderfully cool with large trees. Super nice!

The apartment is super tidy and clean, very comfortable. The room is very spacious and cared for in detail. Easy to park near the house. 2 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes from the historic center. Hairdryer, bathroom heater and air conditioning system are present. Hosts were very kind, welcoming and always available. The night we arrived we were locked out and they came in 10 minutes to bring us the keys. They left us an olive oil of their own production and sweets for breakfast. Absolutely recommended!

Staying at Emilia's was fantastic thanks to her friendliness. He gave us many tips on what to see and where to eat. The house is very welcoming and clean. I recommend it

We stayed a short time in Marta, the place is very nice, close to the lake. Next time we'll stay longer. The apartment is very good, clean, organized, exactly as described and shown in the photos. Paulo is an excellent host, friendly, attentive and helpful. I only have compliments

More than perfect. A generous host & an incredible house Thank you

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Paola's house is wonderful and cozy, as a location and also as a structure... Functional to easily reach all the beauties of the Argentario and its surroundings but located in a residential and quiet area, at night you can only hear the sound of the closest sea that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and you can admire the stars by swinging on one of the hammocks on the outdoor patio. Paola is a thoughtful and nice host, upon our arrival she provided us with everything we need and even more for breakfast, the essentials for the kitchen and also for the bathroom. Our experience was great, and we'll keep it in mind for our future experiences.

Great value for money, nice welcome and really relaxing place to stay. Though quite rough few kilometres to get to Roberto place, you just have to drive slowly and to rent not the cheapest car on the market:) Thank you Roberto for nice place to stay where you can relax or do sightseeing around.
