Great host and perfect apartment in everything. Very small note at the edge, the location is very central so it can happen that the night is not very quiet (but only a detail for me)

The apartment was very clean and newly refinished . There was even a maid service to change towels . Good location but we arrived on a rainy night and it was hard to find the parking and then the entrance to the building. Other than that it was a great location . Close to the city center , food , restaurants . Highly recommended.

The apartment was perfectly located. In a quiet street facing the backyard, so very quiet. Perfect for us. A short walk and we were at the lake and the inner city. A perfect stay and can only 100% recommend the place and the apartment.

Fabulous modern apartment, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Five minutes’ walk to Duomo Metro station and of course to the stunning Duomo itself. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby and a great little supermarket opposite the front door. Staff were available all day at the reception area just around the corner and were super helpful. We arrived several hours ahead of the official check in time but were kindly allowed to check in as the apartment was ready, and they stored our bags after we checked out, as our flight wasn’t until 8pm. A shame we only had two nights! Just one word of warning, I’m a very light sleeper and found the noise from the trams an issue at night, so the helpfully supplied ear plugs were much appreciated! My husband and 14yo were fine with it (typical!!!).

Definitely new structure. The apartment had a beautiful terrace with a view of the rooftops of the city that was very evocative. Well-decorated, clean, and functional spaces. Nothing to object to. In communication, I would improve response times by phone or messaging. During our stay the fire alarm was triggered and communication with the support service was quite slow. Unique little mole of a stay, otherwise perfect

Alexander is a very responsive host, even while he was on vacation during our stay. His place is spacious & modern. And of course we loved the beautiful views! Pros: As mentioned, spacious & modern home with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Living/dining/kitchen open area has multiple doors that open out to an amazing deck. Communication with host was great. He also allowed us a slightly later check out, which was so helpful. Cons: Missing hair wash/body wash/bar soap & smaller towels when we arrived. No paper towels or tissues either. Alexander had his cleaning service bring us some of these items after we let him know. Also, a few harder to reach spots in the bathroom were not as clean (but we probably wouldn’t have cared if we didn’t have a toddler who likes to get into all the tiny spaces.)

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting a friend and doing business. Tha apartment had everything you could want or need for a long extended stay if needed. Plenty of space, gated complex, and the breakfast kit every morning is a nice touch! Trains run past the complex til about 11pm, but this was no bother for me, and they go fast, so I doubt it would bother most visitors! 5 stars all around, will stay here again when I come back in June ❤️
