Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Gregory

This place was pretty good we went up to big bear to ski and snowboard the place is welcomed with some signs of skiing and stuff and it makes it so cool , but over all this place has everything you need

Would definitely stay here again- the best Airbnb we've stayed at in Big Bear by far! Marilyn was super responsive and the place was very neat and free of clutter with lots of helpful items, particularly to entertain the kids!

What a perfect place to stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a nice Christmas dinner from the seasonings to the cooking essentials. The place was perfectly decorated with Christmas decorations which made it extra special for my small children. We brought our dogs along with us and the listing is beyond dog friendly with treats for your fur baby as well and a perfect yard for the dogs and entertaining. Also, the host was very responsive to my messages. Additionally, The listing accurately described the home.

A group of 10 of us came down to celebrate my birthday. It was such a nice home for the weekend. Everything was clean & well organized. We go to go inside the hot tub & spent time in the game room. Thank you so much for the nice stay!

This place was great for our family. We got a unit close to the pool (which is heated, and has a kiddie pool next to it) and spent a lot of time with our daughter going back and forth. It's close enough to The Village that we were able to enjoy the lake, restaurants, and shopping without much of a drive. We will definitely be back!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

I can't say enough about how great our stay was. Bryan knew that we were celebrating my sons 14th birthday and was on point with every question we had through our stay from the best pizza spot. Red Barron pizza was amazing and delivered to allowing us to utilize an open parking spot before we checked in. and because of the efficiency of how he runs this property he had it ready 3 hours before the actual check in time and aloud us to get into the cabin at 1 instead of 4. that was huge!!! fully recommend giving Bryan a call for your next mountain stay!!!; yewwwwwwww

For a first time in Big Bear, this place was amazing. It’s right in the heart of the village, with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and all other attractions are just a short drive! Parking on site of the rental also made it super easy. We’ve already agreed to stay here again any time we come back! Was super clean and not much noise at all :) 10/10 recommend!

It was a great experience we loved the jacuzzi and interior lights. Lee was super helpful and responsive. The home had all the necessary amenities. The set up was amazing we enjoyed the different interior light options. Super comfortable bed as well! Can’t wait to visit again! 10/10

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Staying here for my trip was really nice. It felt very welcoming and at-home. I felt pretty secure because of the community it’s located in, while still pertaining a comfortable level of privacy. Arriving at the exact door felt like it was going to be a difficult task because of the amount of residential buildings in the area, but the instructions to find the place were crystal clear and hassle free; the images were very easy to follow and understand. Inside the condo was a plethora of appliances, kitchen utensils and equipment. I had brought in groceries to cook some food at home and the kitchen had made it so easy to prepare food. Dishes were neatly organized as well as the cookware. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious with bathroom access close by. The living room and dining room both felt lively and everything looked clean. Loved the decorations around the living space. I would gladly choose this place for my next visit.

Best location and we loved the interior and theme. It is right below the bunny hill. Perfect with kids. You can walk to Snow Summit base in like 2 min. We went with 4 adults and 4 kids (7,7,6,5) and it worked great with the help of the additional foldable bed that’s there (we put it next to the bed in master BR) and our friends brought a toddler air mattress as the 3 layer bunk bed is not for every kid and put that in the other BR. 2 bathrooms are great and even one step stool for the kiddos. The upstairs is very spacious and the arcade games were a big hit. Bring warm sweaters for indoors as we could not get the upstairs warm at all, not even with a fire. Downstairs with all the BRs gets super cozy though. Wonderful place!

Seth was the ultimate five star host. He was very responsive with clear instructions. The condo was beautiful and very clean and had all amenities that we needed. It was close to everything including a lake access. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo.
