The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. It is very spacious and has everything you might possibly need. I was greeted by a small whiteboard with a personal message, which I very mich appreciated! Sam and Ash made sure everything was in order by checking in on me. Would definitely book again.

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this was a great place for our family - complete with toys and a trampoline! Able to make breakfast in the morning and sleep comfortably while being right in the heart of Rotorua. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

Raewyn's place was a wonderful stay. Her place was spacious, the kitchen had all the amenities, super comfortable bed, close to the beach and lovely patios to sit outside. Raewyn and her husband are lovely hosts and were extremely helpful and caring. We would go back in a heartbeat and sorry we couldn't stay longer.

We loved staying here, our 2 and 4 year old kids adored living on a farm for a few days and had so much fun feeding and interacting with the animals. Pete and Nina were super friendly and helpful through our entire stay. We can’t recommend staying here highly enough, particularly if you have young children!

Glenys and Shayne were gracious and attentive hosts! They were very supportive and responsive while allowing us our privacy. The property is beautiful and well kept with all amenities as described. The view was stunning and we enjoyed the short walk to town and the variety of restaurants and bars. Memorial Park is only a few steps in the other direction, allowing us a lovely green space to sit by the water and picnic. 15 minutes drive away is Mt Maunganui with hiking and beach amenities. We easily filled our two week stay and would definitely return.

Lovely stay. Amazing location - perfect to walk anywhere in the Mount. Tidy, clean and comfortable accommodation. Loretta and Brian are friendly and helpful.

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

Beautifully appointed home tucked away in a scenic locale with easy access to all of Rotorua’s attractions. Quality of fittings and furnishing was top notch and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, even though the 3 neigbouring villas were occupied at the time we were there. Private tubs were a bonus for stargazing at night.

Comfortable place to stay for a family.

Awesome place! Everything you need plus more! Pierre and Susan are incredible hosts and we’ve probably had the best breakfast ever! Pierre is a fantastic cook and we had dinner there one of our evenings and it was fabulous! They really go out of their way to make us feel welcome!

Des’ place is awesome! The whole place feels like you’re staying in a museum of sports, every corner of the house tells a story. It is so personal and cozy, it makes you feel at home. Perfect location with second to none surroundings. Just a few minutes drive from Rotorua, perfect if you want to get away from the noise and hurry of the day to day life.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events.
