A wonderful stay! The host is kind and available. The place is beautiful, with an incredible view of the lake and direct access. The decor is tasteful, everything is clean, and the amenities provided are excellent. I highly recommend it!

This is a fantastic place to stay with all you need. Great indoor, outdoor living. Beautiful lake and easy home for all to enjoy. Lynley was very responsive and accommodating and we’d happily recommend and stay again.

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

Quiet with an excellent hot tub. we had a great night and would recommend this stay! it was also nice to have the laundry. there's a well stocked kitchen for anybody who would be interested in staying for multiple days

We had a wonderful stay here The view is fantastic and we had everything we needed. It is very family friendly, there is a box of toys for children, some board games and a garden to run around in. One of my group has some mobility issues so it helped that this place was mostly on one level, with only a few steps here and there. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for preparing meals. It's the kind of place where kitchen items left from previous people are there so there were was cooking oil, salt and spices we could use. There is a coffee plunger and a mocha pot (bring your own ground coffee and milk) to use. The street is quiet, with the occasional bleating of sheep and safe. There is lots of space and three loos so good for groups. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again.

Brenda's place is wonderful! You feel right at home, surrounded by nature and her beautiful garden. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Brenda is a fantastic host who suggested some local attractions to visit. We really enjoyed our stay there!

We had a lovely restful and peaceful time there! What a beautiful little place, and full of history behind it. They have absolutely everything you need there. Feels so cozy and feels like home. The bed is sooo comfortable and the shower soooo nice! And the accommodation is very close (12-15min drive) to Mount Maunganui that we love.

A lovely, welcoming home, really well equipped, very comfortable. Communication was great from start to finish and every everything in the house had clear instructions which was very helpful. We will definitely stay again

Felt right at home!! Host were friendly and welcoming! Cozy, comfortable, spacious. Having the horses, chickens, and baby cows added a special touch that cannot be replicated. Would definitely come back

Lovely spacious living area. Had a good variety of amenities, utensils at hand in kitchen. Simple things like plenty of pots, pans, plates and cutlery, dish wash tabs, magazines and crosswords, made relaxing in the house really easy. Very simple but functional bathroom. Great out door space. Plenty for dogs to roam. We misunderstood the ‘fully fenced’ fencing wasn’t actually very high. Luckily we had our long leads and dogs enjoyed the space anyway. Walking distance to lakes - and was nice and close to our race start line!

Great stay. Very handy for Hells Gate, Redwoods and Skyline. Good takeaways and bakery in walking distance. Spirit of India was tasty and inexpensive. Reasonable size supermarket very close. Despite a wet few days we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. What a beautiful location! We loved being able to bring our dogs and there was a stunning lake walk for them just down the road. The place was quiet and private. Had all the listed amenities and looks just like the photos. Was a big place with a huge bathroom and good sized bedrooms. House was clean and well presented. We felt right at home! Just one thing to be mindful the internet/reception was not the best, was a good excuse to fully disconnect for a couple of days!

Great location. Very peaceful. Loves the bird’s wake up calls. Beautiful surrounding. Great for walks during low tide and kayaking during high tides. Great waterfall and swimming hole close by. Plus a nice artisan bakery in Omokoroa!

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! The hosts were friendly and so welcoming. The house is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Such a nice central location to all the fun activities Rotorua has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here 😊

What a great air bnb! Location is in the heart of Mount Maunganui, so you can park up for the week and walk to the beach or town within 2 minutes. Easy check in - nice, clean apartment and has everything you need. Only thing is the week went to fast, we could have easily stayed longer. Also the view from the apartment is stunning! Look forward to our next holiday here. Thanks Tony & Jo fab hosts.

Leanne’s place was so perfect for our family holiday. We staying during the busy new year period but the location is perfect it’s close to omanu surf club which isn’t as busy as the main part of the mount which we loved. The place itself is lovely and Leanne was so great - she left us a load of kombucha which our kids loved! It’s really close to the mount and Bayfair shops and there are a few coffee places around the omanu surf club - including a new cafe surf road. This place was perfect for our family of 4.

Jonathan’s house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and comfortable as are the bedrooms and beds. Nice outdoor garden with a lovely warm hot tub. Very much appreciated especially on a cold wet Rotorua day. The house is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, groceries etc. Some interesting sightseeing areas are within walking distance from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a really wonderful stay in Gloria's home in Papamoa. The description of the property was accurate and there were some lovely touches which helped make our stay extra special - from the welcome goodies, to the list of food and activity recommendations to the bucket load of toys and the gorgeous pool (albeit it a little chilly) and hot tub. My boys loved borrowing the scooters and bikes and walking to the nearby skate park and popping for coffee at Baby Afro's and the hot tub was a welcome perk at the end of the day! Gloria was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I have ever come across in Airbnb - nothing seemed to much bother. Thank you, Gloria - we will be sure to stay again when we are next in Papamoa.

Had a great stay and Julian and Frances’s place. Communication was excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Bonus having the pool right outside the front door.

Beautiful accommodation and surroundings. A 10-15 ish minutes' drive to the shopping centre or city but had everything needed. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.
