Located at the resort: La Palmilla Texas, you will have a 3 Bed 3 Bath with 2 King bedrooms and 1 Double Queen Bedroom. Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, 2 patio spaces. Included in this accommodation: washer, dryer, full size fridge with ice maker, electric stovetop and oven Cuisinart coffee maker, coffee, hot water kettle, tea bags, and sugar. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, colander, baking sheets, salt, pepper, organic olive oil and balsamic.

Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.

Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, sunroom, screened-in recreation room, hot tub, outdoor shower, propane griddle grill, fire pit w/ furniture, 4 TVs, free Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry machine, cornhole, washers. Continuously recording security cameras located outside around property and entrances. Neighbor dogs are NOT fenced and roam onto our property.
