Attractive apartment with the view of the Inn

This beautiful apartment is on the 7th floor of a very quiet and well-kept residential complex in the beautiful three-country town of Passau. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house for cars or bicycles. By car, you can reach the main train station in 9 minutes. By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. The residential complex is located on a steep property. * communal washing machines

Frisch renoviertes Apartement, liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, ein Mix aus Space Age und Minimalismus. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

Dieses charmante, bayerische Refugium inmitten ruhiger Wälder wurde 2023 renoviert und bietet modernen Komfort inmitten einer rustikalen Atmosphäre. Die Loggia bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Dreisesselberg und den nahegelegenen Badesee. Gäste können hier entspannen und in die Schönheit der Natur eintauchen. Mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa bietet es Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist ideal für kleine Familien oder Paare. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der Anlage.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Apartment Hope and Happy Zentral-Ruhig-Anbindung

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Apotheke, Stausee und ein Freibad liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Drei Flüsse Stadt Passau mit der schönen Altstadt ist 4km entfernt. Der Bus ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock. Das Gebäude wurde 2022 saniert und es befinden sich darin 5 Apartments.
