Rashidat’s place was a great home base for our time in Vegas. It provided space for us to work from home during the week with plenty of walkable options for food and amenities. It was also easy to get to and from the strip, while allowing us to escape the hustle and bustle after events.

Great, comfy spot. 15 mins to the airport. Super easy check in and great instructions/communication. Very spacious rental. We enjoyed the easy parking, quiet neighborhood, taking a bath, and watching Netflix on the comfy couch for our last night in town.

Spacious and clean! Great price. Too bad LV isn’t more walkable, because the place was very close to where we were going. But ride shares are always plentiful.

Will be staying here anytime I’m in Vegas.

We wanted to attend a concert and see a few attractions in Vegas while we were there. Andro's place was perfect! We initially planned to stay at the hotel where the concert was, but after doing research we found Andro's house not only to be a better deal, but we each had our own room and bathroom, plus a full kitchen where we could cook or reheat leftovers. The neighborhood was nice and not far from the supermarket. We used rideshares to get to and from the strip, which ran around $20-$25 each way. For the two of us, it was perfect. Coming home to Andro's house after running around on the Strip was nice. I highly recommend this place. It was clean, convenient and felt safe. We would likely return if we come back to Vegas.

We had a lovely stay at Matthew's home and the kids and adults loved the game and theatre room! The foosball was missing but the host was quick to say that she would bring one for us asap. I had forgotten to log out of a couple of things and Taylor was very nice about logging out for me after check out. It was overall very nice, cozy, and clean.

Amazing place to stay! Felt very safe, place was clean and had great amenities and everything you could need to feel comfortable in the house!

Perfect little place to get away from hustle and bustle of the casinos. We really enjoyed the backyard and game room as well. Would definitely stay again when we are in town for another horse show !

This place was nice and clean. Great house especially for big families. Kept our kids entertained!!

Dwight and co hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They respond promptly and were very accommodating. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and organized! Check out was so easy and simple, we weren’t expected to do the laundry, strip the beds, etc. Very friendly host and a great place! Children and adults had plenty to do at the house. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time. There was so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy each other's company, but also to have a quiet room to retreat to at the end of the day. Everyone said their beds were very comfy and we were all well rested and able to enjoy everything that Vegas has to offer. Very nice neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants and anything else that we needed.

Thomas is a great host he help me the whole way since i booked a month in advance any questions that popped uo he was there to answer and quick also house was beautiful and clean i even wanted to stay a extra day and he made that easy also will definitely be staying at this place again when i come back.

Jack and Ginger were responsive for our group when we arrived early, and did their best to move along the cleaning so we could get in as soon as possible. The place is exactly as advertised — a comfortable, modern, clean option off the Strip. It’s about a 1/2 mile walk from the Strip and also from the Virgin hotel/casino, as well as a smaller place called Ellis Island. Top Golf is 1/4 mile away. The lobby and swimming pool has a fun, active, but also down to earth vibe. Starbucks coffee in the lobby starting at 6am is a nice option.

It was a pleasure dealing with Laura. We were a family of 5 and we had a great stay.

Khalida is a great host, when it comes to communication she is top tier. She was very accommodating and responsive. The condo looked exactly like the pictures described. If and when I go to Vegas again, Khalida will be first on the list.

My stay was incredible. The host was incredible. They gave me birthday gifts and more, and all my friends that stopped by was impressed about the place. They had real towels and lotion. Everything you needed. They already had there they have truly went above and beyond for their guest…

Joe’s place was great! Awesome food in the hotel and on flamingo street . I would definitely stay there again. The room was clean and felt very spacious. View of the strip is very nice.
