We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The entire place was spotless — super clean and well taken care of — and every room had its own cute, thoughtfully decorated vibe that made it feel extra homey and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated, and it was in a great location — just a short drive to the Strip and the airport. One thing to note is that the pool isn’t heated like we initially thought, but the hot tub was perfect and we definitely made good use of it, that’s a minor thing for us in an otherwise fantastic stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Once our rental started, Enrique was super communicative and helpful throughout! He checked in and helped us figure out some aspects of the home to ensure we made the most of our experience. The home itself had a beautiful interior and grounds. Easy drive/uber to the strip if desired. Great spot for games, cooking big meals; and keeping everyone entertained with an awesome stereo+tv+pool room. Beds were comfy, and bathrooms were quite nice. Just be sure to bring your own shampoo/soap. Hot tub and pool were easy to control once connected via phone app. All in all, an AWESOME trip for our group! We would happily stay here again. Sprawling inside, so much space for our group of 8. No one was on top of each other. Great outdoor space, covered patio helped to avoid some of the sun with the heat. We took advantage of the pool, too hot for the hot tub.

Great pool and hot tub, beautiful outdoor space, privacy, beds very comfortable. Highly recommend, it was a great place for the family.

Thank you Bruce and Inviting Spaces for accommodating and having my whole family in your home! We had a family reunion for 16 members and this home was the perfect place. Whenever I had a question for extra blankets and towels, Bruce responded very quickly and guided us where they were located and still offered if we needed extra blankets. I highly recommend this home. It was only a 10 minute ride to the strip. I would stay here again!

Hodi was the perfect host! She was very responsive and accommodating to our group. The house had everything you could possibly need. The location is off the strip, but it is a quick 15 minute drive there or Fremont St. I would stay here again any time I am back in Vegas!

Wonderful home! Adele’s home was perfect for our big family vacation. We had 3 seperate families staying together so the rooms and bunk room worked perfectly for all of us and the kids! LOVE that she allows dogs, made our stay so much more enjoyable being able to bring our doggo! Bathrooms were all clean and had shampoo, conditioner & body wash incase we forgot! Was grateful for the hair dryers as well as I forgot mine. She even had a high chair, extra cots and a crib for the baby. 100 times would recommend and would stay here again! Location was perfect, just the right distance from downtown, with the privacy and luxury of being at home!

Place was exactly as described, nice quite neighborhood, easy to find, easy to get to. Valeriy was a great host and communicated very well. We had no issue and would rent again if needed.

Great place to stay. Host was quick and friendly with messages. The house was clean, dog friendly, and had plenty of space: 4 bedrooms and a big kitchen with lots of seating at the table and island. The house looked exactly like the pictures in the profile. Kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip, 15 minutes to Fremont Street, and a short drive (~5 minutes) to stores and restaurants. The backyard’s large with a hot tub and fire pit. EV charger in the garage. Would definitely book again.

Andi’s home is beautiful. The pictures are right on point. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Great neighborhood and close to shopping and the Strip. Kitchen - just beautiful!!!! Beds comfy and furniture -nice! The backyard and balcony’s were awesome. Sitting out there at night was wonderful. Andi is very responsive and even allows us to check in early. Which we appreciated coming from the East Coast to the West Coast. We will definitely be back when we make the next trip to Vegas and California. Very good price for a wonderful stay. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Ari is and incredible host from the day i booked the house until we left he was amazing. The House was beautiful felt very homey, plus the pool and hot tub just made it a perfect stay. We were there for work, and had long hours in the house during the day and everyone had a place to work and relax. Thank Ari for a beautiful home and a great location.

We loved how close this was to the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas yet far enough removed to be peaceful and relaxing. We were on Spring Break with our two teenage boys and they thoroughly enjoyed all the yard space to roam and play on, plus the pool table and basketball hoop. We felt very safe with the private gate enclosing the property. Our dog had space to roam and felt right at home. We had way more space and number of beds than we needed, but we would definitely rent this house again because it was so much more enjoyable than staying on or very close to the Vegas Strip. We just might bring another family of four to enjoy it with us. We recommend staying at this property - it was a unique and fun experience that added so much to our stay in Las Vegas!

1970s custom house remodeled and decorated as a model home. It worked very well for a family gathering for Mom’s 91st birthday. Roominess was great. Large table for meals (brother in law was chef in a casino). Pet friendly. Only a few glitches. No toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. Promised coffee wasn’t there (fortunately a Starbucks a few blocks away), but then the provided coffee maker didn’t seem to function correctly (my wife put eight cups of water in but only two went through). We ran out of garbage bags, and had to provide our own. No pot holders or dish towels. Had to provide own charcoal and brush to clean grill outside. Lots of paper towels and toilet paper provided.

Wonderful home to settle into and enjoy. I especially appreciated the many small things we only realize we need when they are not there! This home is very comfortable.

We felt right at home at Carlos's place. Easy check-in, very clean home with a nice layout. The kitchen was perfect, and the beds were all very confortable. Great place to stay if you plan on visiting Vegas.

A great place to host our group while we were in town to visit family. The space was very accommodating to our group of 9, including 4 children ranging in age from 4-11 years old. Plenty of space for us all, and the pool, pool table, and foosball kept everyone entertained. The house is conveniently located, just a short drive to the strip or any other activities.

The stay was great! We had a bachelorette party with 12 girls and everyone fit comfortably. The backyard/pool was awesome and the house was as expected and very clean. Our only real surprise was how far the house was from the airport and the strip. It took almost an hour to/from the airport and at least 30 mins to the strip. Not sure what made us believe it would be closer so that may be on us! I would say it was a fairly good value for the money as we split it so many ways but I do believe it was a bit overpriced for the quality of beds/overall furnishings and distance to the city. Overall nice stay and glad we found something big enough!

Great communication from beginning to end. Had everything we needed for our stay, towels, toiletries, cleaning products. Clean sheets and pillows. Overall, great stay, would recommend to anyone. Only gripe was pool and hot tub wasnt able to be heated, maybe due to weather.

Talia was amazingly responsive to any request or inquiries that we had. The house was amazing. The pool was amazing. Everything was incredibly clean and I look forward to coming back here and staying here every time I’m in Vegas.

We enjoyed our stay the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was very friendly and responsive. The children love the pool and hot tub. The house was nice and clean easy check-in easy checkout will definitely stay again in the future.

Ron was a fantastic host... respectful, proactive, and great with communication (the most responsive host I've ever experienced through Airbnb). The space was comfortable, accessible, and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. The house was tastefully decorated and the tech was easy to understand and use. Our kids loved the billiards table and hot tub. We weren't able to use the pool (the temps were still too cool), but that would be another great amenity to enjoy in the summer time. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!
