Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

Lorenzo and Alessandra are great hosts, the apartment is easy to find, the garden is fantastic and there is everything you might need. It is clean and warm in the winter, next to the beach, relaxed, we will stay again next time we come. Thank you for everything ❤️

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Host was very helpful, There are 2 step-outs a romantic Romio-Juliet, and a cozy roomy hang out above the hustle and bustle of the city. Good town to relax and plan day trips around Italy.

Elisabetta's home is delicious, nicer than it looks in the photos. It is equipped with everything, has a nice patio to eat and relax, but above all it is a short walk from the sea! My friends and I had a great time and recommend it

Delightful apartment, very comfortable spaces for a couple. The location is exceptional: see (and hear!) the sea from any view. At the same time, a pleasant 5-minute walk takes you downtown to Ladispoli. There are also several groceries, supermarkets, and local markets nearby, all within walking distance. Also very close on foot to the train station that takes you to the center of Rome in about halfanhour. The bed is super comfortable - I slept great. Split with heat pump to make your stay enjoyable in any season. Comfortable, spacious and fully equipped bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals on your own. A place I highly recommend and will definitely come back to. Thanks Camilla, you were a perfect host!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, it is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient plant), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, comfortable for children. Wifi that works well for smart working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

I stayed with my Fidanzato for 5 days. We booked the last week of September , a great time to tour Ponza in peace without the chaos of tourism , in addition we found Alfredo an exquisite person who was always available full of tips that helped us organize the holiday at its best and was able to visit the whole island also thanks to the scooter that offers you at an affordable price... both the accommodation from Alfredo and the island of Ponza are highly recommended, if we had to come back I would definitely know where to stay , Thank you for the magnificent vacation.

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

The house and garden are a dream to be a dream to be. Everything very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for holidays on the beach. Located directly on the sea with beautiful and clean beach. The children also used the hammock and loungers by the house. Cozy food on the veranda and the barbecue area were other highlights. We highly recommend this house!

The accommodation was very pleasant! Small and cozy apartment with everything we needed, even a sun umbrella for the beach and very close to the sea. It was also convenient to get to Rome. cute studio in the central area of the port, the only "flaw" is that it is in the middle of a staircase and is not easily accessible with a stroller/wheelchair. everything else is great.

Ciao. My wife and I stayed with Robbi for 10 days on August 24. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a four-family house with a private parking space and a really well maintained garden right on the beach, you don't even have to cross the street. The villa is inside a private residence outside the center of Terracina; if during the day the beach is very crowded, in the evening the area is very quiet. We found the apartment, both as premises and as amenities, exactly as described in the listing; only a few problems with the WiFi connection and therefore with streaming TV programs (there is no antenna). We are sorry we did not meet our host Robbi in person, although by phone he was constantly interested in how our stay was going; by the way, I have to thank him for his willingness to prepare, upon our arrival, a surprise for my wife. Very beautiful place with an amazing bed and pillows and super comfortable, although the place looks like it's not touristy, it's definitely a nice place to stay
