Nice recent blackmoutrine house. Comfortable, perfect for holidays for families or with friends. Ideally located a 5-minute walk from the center and the old port, and 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Bois de la Chaise. We just finished renovating this house just steps away from ours. This 3 bedroom family home and its lovely garden are 500 m from the market town and all its shops. The first beaches 25 km away and the proximity to major highways make it a good starting point for crisscrossing the department. The village is very pleasant (mill of Rambourg, Pottery, Golf) and 2 steps from the site of Piquet and start of hiking.
