Leonardo's house is spacious, pleasant and located in a quiet area with all the amenities needed to have a good stay. Check-in and check-out times are very well adapted. Leonardo is very friendly and always available whenever we need. We had a pleasant weekend in Nantes and Rezé.

We had a great weekend at Thierry's place who was a very welcoming host and attentive to us. Access to the beach and many walks is a real plus. We recommend this location for your gatherings for families or groups of friends.

Listing in pristine condition. Well arranged, everything is well thought out. In addition, it is very well equipped. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the little exterior but it made us want to. We had a lovely short stay. The host is also very easily reachable.

Charming, accommodating, and responsive hosts. Note that the living rooms are on the first floor and the third bedroom is on the second. Parking is on the street, so plan to arrive an hour of low traffic to find a nearby spot.

We had a great weekend! Apartment as described, very clean and well-equipped. The accommodation is very well located, 100 m from a seaside trail for walking and sunset viewing, and a 5-minute walk to downtown. Very welcoming and friendly host. We'll go back without hesitation.

Not only is Didier very welcoming but he is also very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable, very well furnished and very well equipped, it is close to restaurants, the city center, the Remblai, the location is perfect for lovers of the Vendée globe. Very pleasant studio, very functional, with a great view of Baie des Sables. All shops are a 5-minute walk away. Free street parking Christian and his wife are warm hosts. Everything was perfect during this 3-night stay. We would recommend it without reservation.

We spent 4 nights in Frédéric's place which were very good. The view of the harbor is excellent, lots of calm (it was low season) .
