Very nice and well maintained apartment in a perfect city location with excellent accessibility. Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. Everything carefully lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylish and charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. Beautiful 1 ZKB, 34 sqm, living room+kitchen, balcony, bathroom. Elevator. Bed 1.60 m wide, couch that can also be pulled out to sleep (but then it gets tight). Ideal for 1 or 2 people (up to a maximum of 4 people). Storage space is enough to stay even 4 weeks, the kitchen has everything you need, spacious shower, washer-dryer. Beautiful small apartment Leipzig - Bad/Wifi Free

The apartment is really very central. It is only 150 metres to the tram. Tram no. 4 / 7 takes you directly to the city centre. The bus stop is one block away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant opposite where you can eat well. We have a 100,000 Internet line where you can surf the Internet comfortably.
